At the moment my main worry is fainting. Not unfounded as I have fainted at 5 of the 7 weddings I've ever been to. My nerves seem to get the better of me and it's the whole sense of occasion and stillness during the ceremony that makes my head start spinning and then my legs go. I know that if I can combat my nerves I will be ok. I've tried Bach rescue remedy in the past which doesn't do anything for me. I've also tried a tipple in the past which just leads to feeling sick, on top of the nerves. Just wondering if anyone has come across anything that works, but won't knock me out? :-)
I have a gorgeous husband!
2 brilliant wonderful boys, a wonderful life
in Cornwall. Happiest woman ever!
Now making our house a home. Blessing 2014.

I use New Era tissue salts from H&B. I suffer from nerves big time and have anxiety attacks occasionally. I also faint all the time! These were recommended to me after my grandad died and I was getting so panicky and nervous about the funeral. I take them now before a big meeting in work, a presenation in uni or when I have to meet new people! They are like rescue remedy but more natural. The version I use are for 'nervous exhaustion and general debility' which sounds a bit mad, but they just calm and relax me better than anything i've tried before. Also you can take as many as you like!!! Not sure if that's what you're looking for but maybe worth a go?

As far as the fainting goes I have the same problem- I work as a trainee surgeon and have fainted in theatre (and other places) lots of times! I've found the main things that help are being really well hydrated and eating something small regularly and compression stockings- they stop blood pooling in your legs. Flight socks do the same thing but if you have a medical professional as a friend get some TED stockings! (and take them off before the wedding night!!). Calms are meant to be good for nerves, I'd avoid anything prescription strength as likely to make you drowsy. x
