HELP, my H2B wants to write his own vows, which is great, but that means I will have to write my own too and the very idea fills me with nerves and dread! I am not very creative when it comes to things like that! I have no idea where to begin or anything! Were getting married in a church and the priest is happy to let us say our own vows (theres a few mandatory things we have to say), but where do you start! any ideas, websites, etc very much appreciated.

Think of all the things he means to you, does for etc and that you like to do for him. I think these things should come from the heart...

Were going to write our own vows but where not saying them infront of everyone were going to say them later when were on our own :)

i told h2b we are not writing our own as im to nervous to say the standard vows in front of people having to try and remember ones ive done will be to much pressure for me

I know the feeling! But we are going to write ours out on lovely cards and then frame them afterwards .... I'm more worried about being a blubbering wreck!!

We're doing our own vows, trying to keep them as short as we can because we are both very shy, afterwards I am going to get them framed, silver writing on red card mounted on black card, I think it will look amazing!
