For anyone that's not heard of it basically you eat what you like for five days in the week and then on two non-consecutive days you only have 500 calories. Sounds bad but research is showing that it can actually be good for you and increase lifespan and ward off Alzheimer's.
On my second week now and today is a fasting day. Just wondered if anyone else was trying it?
