hiya i was struggling staying on the rails with my diet but looking through my book i noticed i had a 5% and 10% of my starting weight as a goal im 3lb of looseing my 5% then when i acichive my 10% im going to reset them from my new weight as im finding it easyer working towards small goals rather than large ones as i want to eventually loose 5 stone 8lb still already lost 8lb if anyone wants to know there 5% and 10% goals give me a shout a got a large table here

whats your weight private message me if you would rather no one else saw and ill get them for you i just find it so much easier having a little target in frount of me such as 11lb ect my 5st 8lb seems so far away and impossible but since i have been looking at that im sticiking to it so much easier
