HI all ; ) we have ********* wedding rings coming round next monday, i was wondering does anyone know if theres a discount for power users and if so what is it? i've tryed to look but i havn't found anything

No, they dont offer power users a discount as far as im aware. However, ask for the scratch card from your rep, that will give you something should you order (free engraving, money off, free secret diamon inside the ring etc) Also they offer a deposit then interest free & no credit check monthly payments via direct debit over the amount of months you decide. Good luck, some beautiful rings they have and i think reasonable in price Have not seen ANYTHING like the rings we have chosen, anywhere!

i dont know tbh stuff like this really puts me off...if it was the other way round and i had 2 half hours or more before a meeting i would try my hardest to be there for that person, i'd ring and say whats happened and even say i might be late, but i value your custom and i'll try my best to be there.....guess i'm to hard on people ; S

tbh i had a gut feeling it was going to happen, I made sure i had my phone next to me all the time, because i said to her we just need the female rings to try on because we were both female, she said ok right well I’ll bring the male ones also in case you like a pattern on them, and i just know that it was a going to be a waste of time, this maybe just me being paranoid but it does happen a lot I’m afraid ; S

We have hundreds of same gender couples who buy from us because they love the home visit and the huge selection of rings we bring.
The reason she would have brought the mens rings is because all our designs are interchangeable. They can be used for men or women. The only difference is usually the width of the ring.
If you're unhappy about the way our Advisor has dealt with you please call the customer service team and ask for Malcolm. We can arrange for a different Advisor to come out to you and we guarantee they'll turn up!
I'm really concerned that you felt it would be a waste of time, we treat all customers the same way and as you'll have seen on here most people love our service and our products. Please get in touch so we can sort this out for you.

I’m sure your right and like i said properly just me being paranoid ; ) i do understand about the men’s rings i was just stating our conversation on the phone and if she rings me back today i have no problems with staying with this advisor. the reason i felt like it was going to be a waste of time was we do get allot of predigest, and it does feel like ‘here we go again’, time after time we kind of wait for it and I’m not saying it is like this in this case but it’s hard not to feel this way when it happens so much. I’m sure she’ll call and everything will be fine and we’ll get beautiful rings for our wedding day ; )

Just to let you know the advisor has just rang to rearrange our appointment to Thursday at 8.30, she apologised again, and we had a nice chat and she’s a really lovely lady i genuinely think it was just a bad night for her, and its wrong of me to think the worst when she had broken down and there was nothing she could do, I’m really looking forward to meeting her on Thursday ; )

glad you got a new appointment so fast and I'm sure you will find a ring you liked they are really good and let you try as many as you like on and don't rush you into making a decision my adviser was quite happy to go home and let us think about it but i wanted to order there and then. i knew i would find a ring that i liked more then those we picked xx

there were loads of rings to try on, all different sizes, i'm sure you'll find something you like but if not you can always make your own bespoke ring ; D we got a scratch card and won free engraving on are rings and also we got 2 real silver necklaces and a pair of earring which are perfect for are bridesmaids and MOH.
