Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a bit of a slump in wedding planning, i was excited at first, but now don't seem to have any motivation, i wonder if it is because it's still 13months away? Nothing has changed between partner and me, still like looking at wedding-y bits but not for myself at the moment.
It all just feels a bit surreal at the moment and i just can't visualise myself as a bride, any thoughts?

I feel similar, we booked our venue last month and since then I haven't had anything to do wedding wise. I have my dress and an idea of how I want to look but I just can't see it yet. Doesn't feel real, hopefully after we move house and things aren't so busy I can get into planning more :)

I've got 6 n a half months to go - and I've hit a slump! Think it's because there's not much I can do at the moment until nearer the time. Plus we've got a lot going on in our lives just now, setting up a new business, decorating the whole house etc. We're both exhausted and wedding plans have certainly taken a back seat. Im not worried though, everything's on track. Im sure your mojo will come and go a few times before the big day - pretty normal I guess xx

ah that's such a relief to hear, i have been busy with a 6 month course (just finishing), working full time and running around after a 19 month old and yes i too feel exhausted. Also i do not have a great deal to do at the moment, so perhaps i'll leave all alone for a couple of months then try again xx

I think the whole journey to the wedding is a see-saw. I know I've had highs (can't wait, can't come quick enough) then real lows (calling the whole thing off, eloping etc...). Now with 13 weeks to go I do feel excited but it still seems like ages to go xx
