    Hi Girls and Guys!

Ive had a couple of kilos of M&M's coloured to match our theme, and printed with our names and date of marriage on - just for fun.

BUT - where should I place these? What should I place them in? And how should i distribute them?

I'm already filling up the boys wee favours (see through plastic cars) with a handful of them for on the table, but any suggestions for the rest? I dont wanna use them as favours as Ive already got Swarovski candles for the ladies and 12year old malt miniatures for the men, so it'd just be 'favour overkill!'

I'll upload the photo of the M&M's in my photo album.

    Jacqui xxx

Wow you are spoiling your guests!! Could you put them out as "nibbles" - are you having anything to nibble on when people arrive, or later with an evening buffet or with the cake?

What about having a sweets tablets so have a large old fashioned jar for all the M & M's and then some smaller jars with 'old skool' sweets. foam fruits, rubarb and custard etc.

That way if people dont wan cake they can have a pick at some sweeties. And everyone is a big kid at heart lol.x

    Thanks Wikipedia lol!!

Stovies are a Scottish dish. Recipes and ingredients vary widely, but the dish always contains potatoes and, variously, onion, leftover roast beef, corned beef, mince or other meat - but not bacon.

The potatoes are cooked by stewing with fat and stock. To stove meaning to stew in Scottish. Lard, beef dripping or butter may be used.

It is also common to stew the potatoes in water alone with onion before adding the other ingredients.

I would have little dishes dotted all around so you were never more than 2m away from them! I do have an irrational love and addiction to m&ms though! :-)
