I'd love to not have to exercise! I've no self control. H2b thought he'd 'get me a treat' last night because he was round getting himself something from the shop. He'd bought me crisps, maltesers and 2 milky way crispy roll things thinking he'd bought light options... not so light when I cant leave any for another day! Managed to go to bed before I ate the 2nd crispy roll but had to get h2b to take it with him when he went for a paper this morning or I'd have been on it! Been to pump then step this morning so feeling like I've made up for it lol x

I've got all the things bought now apart from a card and cake for one of the guests its his 4th birthday on our wedding day but we are getting those much closer to the day, i need to organise the nail party and pay for the flower girls hair but i don't know how much it will cost for them, i need to book the waxing in and pick up my ring tonight.
i just need to re do my instructions for the venue as instead of having pictures on easels on the tables my OH has bought action figures that he wants to display in the table arrangements e.g wolverine will be standing on top of the flowers, spider-man will be dangling on a piece of string down the side of the vase, you get the idea.
ooooooooooo something else happened as well i got my kindle from my parents in law for my birthday on saturday (my birthday isn't until november) but they wanted me to have it for the honeymoon and give me chance to put books on it and get a case before i go. I was really shocked, they said a few months ago they were going to but i completely forgot about it, i'm so chuffed and i've ordered a purple case for it (of course)

Morning! Didn't manage to get on at wkend.
I went to see my florist on Sat and confirm what we wanted so that's a relief. Also got the last gift when we went shopping so only thing left to buy is whatever lipstick my hair/make up lady uses for my trial tomorrow so I can touch it up all day/night. She's coming tomorrow so I'll get it at the weekend in town. I'm a bit nervous about trial. What if I don't like it!?
Also, coming down with a cold! Rather now and in three weeks of course but ugh!
Jill - what a cutie your son is. He'll be ok when everyone is dressed up together.
Nic - what's h2b got planned for his stag?
Lea - yeah the buckets are done! Woo!
Karen - you're so lucky you aren't on a diet plan for the wedding. It's hard! According to the scales I weight the same as my fitting day so that's a relief, but maintaining is so hard!

I'm back - got the candles and the marbles for my mums survival kit! Putting Mr Nicks present together this afternoon, worried I have got him too much, so far he has aftershave, smellies, new boxers and socks, a card, a t-shirt, and a few other little things and then an Ipad :S I bet I wont even get a card :(

haha! I have bought h2b some aftershave. I've bought all the men socks so he has new ones for the day. I might suggest he buys himself some pants! His watch is on its way out which is annoying because if I'd known I'd have bought him one of them as a gift.
He was worrying at the weekend because he hasn't got me a present, but he said he'd buy me something nice on honeymoon instead as there's bound to be something I want in America.

I have been productive this afternoon, put my mum and h2bs boxes together, got the candles I needed, got cards for h2b and BMs (forgot my mum though) plus our fingerprint tree arrived My florist rang today too and we went through all the flowers so they are sorted :) Our ceremony plan has arrived from the registrar, its soo weird seeing it all written down

Smarties dont worry about your make up trial i'm sure it will go well and if it doesn't and you feel like you cant tell her on the day. you can always call her afterwards explain what things you didn't like and she should update her notes for the wedding. that's what i did i'm not usually shy when it comes to things but i lost my nerve when i was there very out of character for me

We spoke about gifts right at the start of our planning and we agreed that we would give no gifts as the wedding is our gift to each other, but now i think he has got me something as when i ask him he says "i might have " which normally means yes. should i get him something it would have to quite inexpensive though.

I'm just writing down exactly how i want my tables to be (i'm a control freak) but the bar area i will do with my girls and the stairwell so that it done how i want.
My OH saw a gorgeous necklace in the jewellers when we picked up my ring last night and he said if i bought you that would you wear it on the wedding day, i said i had just bought a new necklace to go with the dress but that would go out the window if he did buy me it hahaha so we will see.
I can't believe how comft my ring is still and now that its back in its true place :-) normally it comes back a bit tight and chunkier than before it goes in but its not this time its still comfy :-) happy lady today!!!!!

right so the side tiara my OH ordered for me has turned up and its not what i imagined it to be, its beautiful but it just doesn't sit right on my head and just doesn't look right :-( i hope that the lady who is making the fascinator i fell in love with at the shop is just what i want otherwise i'll be taking the tiara, the side tiara and the fascinator with me to see which looks best at my next hair trial

Had my trial! Soooo happy! She did five styles, two up, three down. Going for down. Just looked lovely and I was so pleased. Make up was great too. She took some pics for me but they're not great! Very dark and unfocused! Never mind, I'm happy!
Really nice lady too - she did bridalmiss's hair. She's getting me a lipstick so I don't need to buy one. Crossed off my list now!
She was thrilled with the extensions too as they are a perfect match and add some thickness so my ears can be covered!
Off to zumba looking like this later as determined not to miss it!

Just texted her and she called me back. She's going to come round on Tues with some different ones and see how we go. I don't usually have reactions so it's strange. She used Mac eyeshadows and a Benefit shimmer. I use both of those make ups but not usually on my eyes. Hmm.

Just eye make up remover with a cotton wool pad.
It only started hurting when I took the make up off, even though i've had the make up remover a while, so maybe it was that. Though not sure I want to take the risk. Think i'll change the eyeshadow and buy a new eye make up remover! Don't want to spend my honeymoon with a rash like I have now.

defo i use sensitive baby wipes as make up remover as they are gentle on my eyes as i wear contact lenses

Happy you like your make up trial shame about the rash. I use baby lotion to get rid of eye make up but if you do as you suggest and by a new bottle everything will be ok i am sure xx

lynsey make a list its the best way and as for evening RSVP's i wouldn't worry too much its more important to get your day ones back hun just send them messages, facebook them do everything to get them back :-) cos they you need to do your table plan and table place cards its not just a case of they are coming or not

Had a bad day. Everyone is irritating me and I'm getting very edgy! It's not just the wedding, work is stressful too. Deffo some bridezilla moments in me just waiting to burst out!!
H2b just offered to get me some treats from the shop to cheer me up and I declined! Too many calories in a bottle of vodka ;-)

Ohh i have had some fantastic news!! my longest standing friend David who is doing a speach for me on my late fathers behalf has just given me the go ahead to invite his ex wife (who is also a great friend of mine but introduced to me by daivd) he had been reluctant to let me invite her as he still has loads of mixed feeling for her (she divorced him) this has been debated so many times over the last year and he has always said that if she was to come then he wouldn't (obviously we wouldn't fall out over this, he cant help the way he feels for her) but they have been comunicating by text about my wedding and have finaly spoken to each other today for the first time in 4 and half years and he now feels that it's about time he moved on and has ok'd her invite.
on the other hand my wedding party could potential be a powder keg for raw emotions i have 2 sisters (jackie and lynn) that have not spoken to each other for 16 years who will met up for the first time on my hen night, I have another sister (Margaret ) who has stopped speaking to a diffrent sister (Vicky) at christmas Vicky is coming to my wedding but refused invite to my sisters wedding in 2 weeks time I have a half brother who none of my sisters have met coming as well. I am hoping that Jackie and lynn being in there late 30's early 40's wont be a problem they have both siad that nothing will make them fight or argue at my wedding and i do belive them. Magaret and vicky have said they wont speak to each other but i'm not as positive as i would like to be on that outcome as vicky is only 23 and i dont know if i can trust her controll yet. Am i worrying for no reason ? they are all adults and should be able to get on or just be civil to each other. I just dont know

Lynsey i have 3 people who have said that they are coming to the day but we are still waiting on there menu options. i'm going to have to get firm like you will have to and give a new dead line then if they dont respond by then i will have to tell them that they cant come to the day but are welcome to the evening. and as for evening guests i cant complain to much dead line for RSVP to that is not up until 1.9.12 so will just have to wait and see how many RSVP in time x
