Yeah they did, plus they ordered a sample of a dress in, in my size because they thought I'd like it (but ended up with current dress) so that's still available. I feel very lucky just now that this could be rectified! 6 days for you Nic! x

All went well at church banns read out for the last time, going back to church next sunday to speak to the organist as she as been away for the last 6 weeks. H2B is really in the wedding spirit at last!!!! he has finalised the menu layout for each guest said it will only taker him a few hours now to do everyone's. He has also ordered from the bay a decorated post chest so we don't have to do anything (i think he realised when he said he would design ours that it would take to much effort on his side to do) he has also order some signs for the venue and wire heart that you just put cards on for the table plan. and i cant believe i am typing this, as when i suggested this at the start of our wedding discussion he was against the idea, and we compromised and decided our evening entertainment would be a DJ and a fun casino. but after seeing a friend of my sisters at her wedding perform magic tricks to kids and entertaining them for free. He has not only agreed to have the same magician for £250 to entertain the children but also a second to entertain the adults for £350. I am so excited that he is at last getting into the wedding mood and he is looking at internet and coming up with ideas to

Ah Jill, I'm sure you can lose the weight. It's not for everyone but I lost half a stone easily on slim fast. Keep up the exercise and it's definitely possible. We'll keep you motivated!
Everyone's been busy! I was at a 30th last night and been at a christening all day! Gonna have a lot to do tomorrow! Haven't had any alcohol! Just diet cokes. I want to keep a clear head, save my money and not intake unnecessary calories!

sorry ladies no pics, didnt want to risk taking pictures and my h2b seeing them :P lol. it was my second fitting the last time i went it was hanging off me because i have lost loads of weight since i ordered it. she had to take it in 4 inches on my waist :) they said it was perfect at the back when it was all laced up they just need to sort the top bit out now as its sticking out abit and shes got to take some of the crystals and pearls of under my arms as my arms were red raw after just having it on 10 minuits in my fitting and dont want that on the day. shes putting a bustle in aswel for later on at night. took my shoes to try on with the dress for the fist time and they are perfect high for the lenght really pleased :) just paranoid about my arms..lost weight everywere else but my arms think i will end up keeping my veil on all day as it covers my arms abit lol. cant believe were almost in september eeek!! only 33 days to go! got my hair and makup trial on saturday cant wait :) then of out to celebrate my birthday hehe least i wont have to worry about doing my hair and makeup anyway x

i've been busy this week, everything is boxed and ready to go for the tables for the venues, thank goodness! i'm glad i did it this week rather than next as it was a little bit stressful with my Mum and OH clashing over artistic differences! Got loads of appointments this week so hopefully all our suits and everything will be in and i've got my fitting and hair trial as well as the final meeting with the hotel.
6.5 work days left!!!!!

Funny though i am still in my calm positive mood maybe when H2B goes on his stag it might start kicking in but thats not for another 2 weeks. on the plus side my sister has just been round and within 45 minutes we had sorted my table plan out (not made just where guests are seated) and i thought that was going to be difficult :-). And after work tomorrow the ladies that can't make my hen night are taking me to an evening spa for a bit of a swim and then for meal.

I have had a stressful day, realised I hadn't heard from the lady altering my BM dresses so I got in touch. I don't think she had started them tbh! Anyway turns out the measurement mybm gave was wrong so been to-ing and fro-ing all day to sort it! Not what I need!

Evening girls! Today has not been a good wedding day!
Priest is leaving the parish so is passing details over, said I had to request specifically for him to carry our ceremony out since he shouldnt be there. Anyway, I found that out a couple of weeks ago and requested he carry out the ceremony last week, still hadnt heard anything... since found out the archbishop is on holiday so wont know until next week.
Phoned to bring my hair/makeup appt forward (earlier on sat for hen do) to find out the person who done my hair trial is leaving tomorrow and they hadnt bothered to mention it. Smashing!
Finally, had sent my wedding bracelet away to see if I could get a couple of pearls added (tad tight just now) and found out it had come back last week without it altered and it had been sitting there all week with nobody thinking to let me know DESPITE me telling her specifically I needed to find out quickly as wedding was next month.
On a brighter note... dress shop on Thursday! x

I'm getting mine from dry cleaners tomorrow. Today I have packed up all the boxes and labelled them, done my instructions for the venue etc Also my dad has iced the cakes and i'm decorating shortly. My mum is mid-iron. All going well!
