hi ladies...............well as most of you know iv been married just over 2 months and whilst i love my husband dearly and married life i more than i expected it to be i cant help but feel a bit sad i have no more planning to do...
theres just no excitement as planning your big day... any other new wives or old wives feel the blues a bit?? x x x

i feel exactly the same....my hubby gets the hump with me when i mention about it. dont get me wrong i am very happy to be married but planning a wedding takes over your life and then when the day has gone its kind of depressing to think theres no more planning to be done xx

I felt a bit sad on the Sunday after my wedding, the hangover didn't help plus my sister her family and friends were going back to the mainland(I live on the IOW), Don't feel too bad now but we've just come back from holiday. I really miss the planning and excitement though.I just keep thinking of lot's of things we have planned for the rest of the summer to keep my mind off it! xx
i think ill be the only one that is happy itll all be over!! but then i have the planning for the baby next but dont suppose there will be that much to do!! the closer its getting and the less i have to do, the more i am addicted to ludo on my phone!! i think i need to have a word with myself!! x

when i was 1st wed i couldnt helpbut get into conversation oh iv just got married then people say ooh when n i was like 2 weeks ago but now its like ''2 months ago yeah and'' lol!!!
its not the same., had a little buzzwhen we finally got our pics n album and that but am on a little dipper now,plus cuzza bein ill we didnt get our honeymoon but am hoping for a trip to the seaside for the weekend in a couple of weeks so shud help..........

Not daft hun! I think its understandable being down after such a big event like about planning your wedding day takes over your lives for a long period so its totally understandable n something im dreading lol
Also as above i have famly that are coming down that i dont see much n i think once they all go home i could get upset... As i really miss them :( But for now im very excited tehe !!!! Sowwy lol

lol grrrrrrrr................... i think 4 me because so much went wrong and cuz family caused trouble so our reception ended pretty much b4 it had really begun it feels like unfinished business 4 me........
there is loads i would change n loads i wish we could have done so didnt really get the day we'd planned but hey ho.... x x x

Yes, meeeeee, im so sad its all over! I miss it all immensely. Miss spending so much time with my family and seeing friends but I so miss that moment that I was stood with Steven at the alter! I didnt take enough of it in but or wedding DVD should arrive tomorrow so I am hoping that will rekindle the memories....lol I have only been married a week!

Oh dear, ladies, I hope you all cheer up very soon and enjoy married life, now you can plan the details of your futures with your new hubbys, like a family if you haven't already, new house, car, holidays etc. etc. .............
My sister got married in April last year and is loving married life, planning holidays (she's just flown out again today with BIL). She planned their paper anniversary weekend away. Ok, so 8 months after the wedding I got engaged so she's been busy planning that too and getting excited about it but she has also only just this last week finally got her wedding album sorted out (they didn't get an album in their photography package) and it was so fun going through all the wedding photos again. She also has watched her wedding video again.
After they got back from honeymoon they had lotsa thank you cards to write too which kept them occupied for a while .....
Enjoy this lovely honeymoon period xxx

I have closed this thread due to the original authors circumstances now! She is still a member on here as you can see from her wedding date her circumstances have changed ALOT and this might upset her if she see's it...............it may not but I dont want to take that risk!
