OMG we forgot about getting our passports and birth certificates certified and when i realised we were on a mad rush to find someone. People were quoting stupid money to just confirm that the copies made were true copies of the originals. My sister called today and has called the solicitor she did her school work experience with and he has told me to come in tomorrow for them to be signed and for FREE!!! Will have to buy him a drink of some kind. x

Seems like I've still got too much to do, got 4 evening invites to make. Then I'm just going to buy a packet of ready made ones because I'll be out of time otherwise.

hi, im a june 2012 bride, we get married on the 30th and i am so looking forward to it. we have been organised for some time now and all the main things inc church, BM dresses, Dress, suits, flowers, rings, Cars, photographer, videographer, wedding singer, cake, venue dressing etc is booked aswell as our honeymoon to jamaica. we have been paying off as we have gone along and done really well, april and may are our last two months of actual saving for the big day and i cant wait for the saving part to stop hahaha. glad we have been organised otherwise wouldn't have stood a chance of having the day we both wanted. just hope we have the weather on our side with it being the end of june, fingers crossed! good luck to all u june brides :-) x

yeah we have been very organised but is surprising what things you have to do last minute to check everything is ok. Especially when you booked everything so far in advance it will be good to remember what i actually ordered! lol xxx

No no, the wedding is 7 weeks this Sunday, which means our rehearsal is 6 weeks away! And we still have orders of service to print, centrepieces to make and my final dress fitting before then - yikes!!

23rd June for me.......71 days and counting. All falling into place nicely :-) xx

We will sort of have a pre wedding dinner, but its included in the all inclusive cost lol. Would like to go to the Gourmet restaurant the night before as we are going to have dinner off resort after the wedding. x

Just a few things left to sort. Need to get hold of one of my BMs to sort her dress, have to get the other 2 over to try theirs on again and make sure they fit properly

As for stationery just order of day and menus to print. Can't buy flowers for mum's till nearer the time.
Waiting for my table crystals to turn up. Have to do table plan and get printed off and write out place cards. Just the small things really

Very excited now but a little stressed too knowing what needs to be paid when. The day after will be the best bit knowing i don't have to save anymore, it will all be paid off and i can relax on my honeymoon! x

Still havent heard form the dress shop to say my dress has arrived - they did say easter so hopefully it'll be here next week but think I might ring them today and find out whats happening although I'm sure I'm panicing for nothing?!!
I ordered my bridesmaids dresses late (I didn't realise they took so long to come in) and BM dress fittings are 20th May.
Still have my brother to sort out (he's suffering from depression at the moment and hardly speaking to anyone never mind thinking about my wedding - but I can't get married without him there and we want him to be an usher - but he'll have to get measured up by the end of this month if he's going to do that)
To top all thta off work is horrific at the moment and stressing me out, never mind the wedding planning, depressed brother and uncomfortable best man?!

OMG!!! Just found out yesterday that my dress has not arrived in the shop yet (I was originally told it would be here at Easter). The lady has chased it up and it's gone astray somewhere between canada and bolton, so the supplier is sending another!??!!!

I've been told it will be in England on 14/15th May - luckily they come into Warrington so the lady from the shop is going to drive over herself and pick it up rather than wait for it to be delivered to them. I've got my first fitting on the 19th May and my second fitting on 26th May (1 week before the day!). Hopefully it'll fit fine (the same was the right length and everything with my shoes, just a little big so ordered a size down) first time and will only need some cups putting in (it's got a really low back so no chance of finding a bra). She said she'd make sure she had some cups in the right size in the shop ready for my first fitting and that a week is more than enough for any alterations to be made.

I'm hoping then on my 2nd fitting that I can just pick it up and tkae it home with me, I'm heading up to my Mum's on the 29th May and obviously can't leave the dress for my H2B to collect!

It was nice having a read though at everyone elses panics :-) I now feel it is perfectly fine for me to have my mini wobbles over the small things. We have the money all saved and gradually paying everyone off, but its things like decorating the wishing well/postbox thing, making up the centre pieces, printing the OOS and ordering the pew ends that keep getting me

Oh and along with the things I need to pack for the evening and the next day inc plasters for my feet etc lol

Kath I still need to get bridesmaid shoes too, it's the only thing left now. Next do bridesmaid type shoes and there's a huge range of sizes. I need a child size 7-8 and an adult 4! Got a feeling a won't get matching ones x

MrsAndrew I will give Next a look, glad I'm not the only one still to get these, it's so tricky when you have little people as bridesmaids as the sizes change so often. I do feel that 26th May is quite fine on the final bridesmaid dress fitting but hopefully most other things apart from the stag and hen will be done by then.x

So down in the dumps right now, had my hair trial the other day didn't come away feeling that good. Then Tuesday I had my make up trial and decided to have an eye brow wax too, something I've not done before and won't be doing again as I've had such a bad allergic reaction I look I've done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. This afternoon/evening is the first time that it's shown any sign of calming down but I'm worried now if I will be left with an scaring.

I've got the wedding blues :-(

if you need bridesmaid shoes that match in children's and adults, try BHS. The adults shoes start from size 3 and only difference is they have proper heels.

Kath your best bet is probably ebay for matching shoes or similar for smaller feet. Or if your adult bridesmaid doesn't mind not wearing heels, then BHS will work as they do similar ones to the adults in size 1 in the kids range.

I have to get my bridesmaid dresses fitted and get my fittings done, sort the menus, table plan and place cards and then I am done apart from paying for it all and going on my hen do! x
