I am wondering if anyone can help? We are trying to find a venue in South London, Surrey or Kent for around £3-4k for the hire of the venue. There will be around 100 guests and maybe a few more in the evening. We want to arrange our own catering, as we want Caribbean food to be served.
If anyone knows anywhere or any hidden gems please let me know!

We had trouble tracking down a budget venue further north but found a real gem of a village hall after a friend suggested we look into them. There are a lot of choices and they are often very reasonable to hire, hundreds rather than thousands for the weekend. For a bit extra money you could also look in to marquee or tipi venues too.
I'm glad we went down this route as it has allowed us to source our own caterers and decorations etc. to really put our own spin on it. Good luck with the hunt :)
