Have you got a Wii at all? You don't need the board, but I got EA Active workout discs with the resistance bands and it is really working for me, lost 8lbs in the last fortnight, and I haven't managed to get rid of my baby weight until now and my daughter is nearly 2! The best thing I found is to keep my body guessing so doing a mixture of cardio, lower and upper resistance exercises has helped me no end. I am also doing Slim Fast for now as only have 4 weeks before wedding, but after that will just eat smaller more regular meals which helps your metabolism work better. Congrats on becoming a mummy though, it is such a lovely thing! :) xx

Just start with nice easy exercises, you don't wanna do more harm then good. I was told by a fitness instructer to just start by tightening your abs for a few seconds at a time and this can be done at any time, whilst washing up, cleaning, walking, etc. hth

    I wanna be a size 10-12 lol
Your body changes loads when you have a child hun and sorry to break it to you but a flat stomach is probably a thing of the past. That said toning up is never a bad thing :-) As I said I do WW in our house there is me h2b and our 3 boys (1 of which eats as much as an adult) we spend approx £60 a week on food and cook everything from scratch, so dieting can be done on a budget xx

I like WW cause u can eat what you fancy I had sausage, chips, beans and egg the other night nom nom nom lol
I want the Zumba on the Wii but its over £20 atm which is alot, u need to find a good instructor with Zumba, they have a website and I was told to look for someone who had both the basic and advanced courses. It worked as the guy we go to if fantastic and has been nominated for Zumba Oscars lol xxx

I did it by going to the gym. I had my last daughter in sept 2009, by april 2010 I was a size 10 again, by my wedding day this year I was a size 8. I breast fed as well which helped. I do spin classes, thats the easiest way I found to shed the pounds x

I dont know how ive managed to do it but i think its cos we're making her things to eat so its health and so we're eating healthier but im not doing much excerise just now but i did buy a ab trek machine which looks like below and was using this everyday but its hard finding the time to go on it well thats my excuse anyway lol

I tried a spin class once and nearly died, lol. I can see why it would work, I have never sweated so much in my life! Am a bit fitter now though so I could probably manage it, but with no gym near me I am doing well with my Wii and walking lots. Squash is a good form of exercise, planning to go to a club soon with h2b, but after the wedding as most likely I would end up with a black eye, lol. x

Congrats on birth of your daughter. For starterss don't be so hard on yourself, she's only 5 months. You have to think it took 9 motnhs to go on so 9 months off right?! I was a bit lazy after my second - she's now 19 months but i lost the last stone without dieting but by going to jazzercise once or twice a week. It has done wonders for my confidence, have dropped a stone and a dress size and weigh less than i did even before having my daughters however my tummy is sitll not flat and don't think it will ever be. I have down days about it but mostly i think how that wobbly belly has given me 2 beautiful daughters. Good luck honey and sorry if i have gone on or repeated what others have said - didn't read every repsonse xxx

I put on a lot of weight after having my daughter last year, but since starting the blood type diet at the end of august I have now lost 47.5lb (3st 5.5oz!!!) Only a few more pounds and I'll be back to pre-baby weight! However, my belly is a bit of a state - I was absolutely huge (I was last measured at 38 weeks and was measuring 47 weeks lol!!!) and my skin stretched so far it will never go back completely, and due to having an emergency section, I will always have a bit of an overhang no matter how thin I get! But I have the most wonderful, beautiful little girl for it, and she's SO worth it! Good luck hun, but don't be too hard on yourself - just concentrate on getting your body back on track, and bonding with your little girl first. (And HUGE congratulations!) xxx

We thought our little one was going to be huge lol! She was 9lb 3.5oz, so not massive, but I had polyhydramnios, so just grew enormous (all over lol!). I bought the book on the blood type diet (Eat Right 4 Your Type by Dr Peter J D'adamo) and got all the info I needed from there - it's working wonders for me! x

Type O should eat mainly meat. DOn't worry about it hun, I felt so ugly this time last year, I was so unhappy with my appearance, but I didn't want to diet as I breastfeed, but then I found the blood type diet, and I dont have to calorie count, or eat small portions or anything, I just don't eat what I'm not allowed! Last august I was 14st 3lb and a size 16/18 and now I'm 10st 11.5lb and a size 12, so just stay positive, and when the time is ready, you can start to do something about it. Don't rush yourself, you don't want to make yourself ill xxx

I keep my weight down by doing Pilates . . . absolutely love it and it is so gentle and works your core, so would work your tummy. Good luck with your mission xx
