So have any of you booked venue's yet? Im getting married in the Glen Yr Afon Hotel in Usk, its beautiful. Were having a civil ceremony there in the ballroom,followed by wedding breakfast and evening buffet or hog roast. Yum yum!!

not even looked at venues yet, but have a short list after looking around on the net. top of the list is The Fig Tree restaurant overlooking Dryslwyn castle, although have absolutely no idea about costs and whether we could afford it or not. Going to save enough up for a deposit before we go looking properly, and got to find out about registrar to see if our date is available first.

well mine is all booked, Craig Penallta Registry Office, Ystrad Mynach then on2 Blackwood Rugby Club, where me and h2b first met and spent alot of the early days :) its getting soooo close now hehehe xxx

OMG 2mths away...............i cant imagine what thats goin to feel like for us, it seems so far away right now! Id love to have our wedding reception where we first met, but the pub Mark got me drunk in closed down about 2yrs ago!

its gone sooo fast, only started planning and organising in august last yr, we didnt book the reception venue on purpose its local 2 us, it was later on wen i thought bout it, lol xxx
