I feel like I'm missing something. I keep going over the final numbers and thinking is that definitely everyone!I've just emailed the venue asking if I can have a recalculated bill as it's not due for another week and numbers have dropped from 85 to 68 so it's a big saving and i'm still short on cash so would rather not pay it out than pay it out and get it back after. already going to have to put one or two things on h2bs credit card. including now our hair.
Got our wedding profile book through last week and we're trying to find readings but not much luck yet.
Got the BMs dress fittings booked for 24th march and i'll be having my final fitting with them and then we're going out in the evening for the first hen do.
Got another one the weekend after with everyone from work.
Feel like I have loads to do still. gotta go get the cufflinks and buy h2bs shoes tomorrow. Got my jewellery last week.

Yeah I feel like I'm forgetting something too. Thanks for the reminder Embbem, I have a bracelet but not a necklace or earrings...will sort today.

Excited but just want to stop time for an hour to catch my breath and check my lists properly! Hahaha.xx

I've got my something new-shoes, something blue-a garter, something borrowed-my dress and as H2B is 17 years older than me I said that he is my something old. Hahaha. Seriously I need my something old. I thought about a pair of earrings that I already own maybe?

A few more gifts to buy, 3 more bridesmaid bouquets to finish off and my bouquet to complete.

Then its just Order of Days, Menu Cards, Table Names and Table Plan. Ive got all the card and paper and know what Im doing but holding off doing them for another week or so.

Need to then transport it all up to Scotland which is worrying me - I am having all sorts of nightmares about what I forget to take with me!

Exciting times ladies!!

Starting to get really stressed now though which isn't nice. Just want to enjoy it all now!!

Got to get the bridesmaid gifts and best man gift and shoes for my 3 boys and that's all now I think... HOPE.

Ive tried to go for something they can appreciate immediately and then something that is for keeping.

The pageboys (3, 3 and 5) have a train and then a personalised plaque and photo frame - total of £24 each

Bridesmaids (21, 14, 12, 10) have jewellery for the day, little teddies and money boxes (reduced to silly price in card shop) and personalised photo frames. Ive also had them little kits made up to give the day before which is a bag decorated with their initial and in the colour scheme, matching personalised slippers and eye mask and "survival" kit - total of £33 each including jewellery for the day.

Depends on your budget but I think at 8 and 6 you could get them a jewellery box or a personalised photo frame or plaque, or a teddy with wedding details. I think they would also love little survival kits for the day (look on the bay) ...make them feel involved and grown up .

There are loads of lovely ones - I went for ones that I could have their name and all the wedding details on and then ill make sure the photographer takes a nice pic of me and h2b and all the kids individually on the day so they have a really nice pic to go in the frame.

i have my first fitting with the seamstress on mothers day :) really chuffed about this as my daughter is also coming for her flowergirl dress fitting so we can have some much needed mother/daughter time, prob have a little shopping spree afterwards.

i am going to change my place cards this morning, so far i have done them in silver and burgundy but i am going to change the silver ones to burgundy as we have kind of wiped silver out of everything else. need to stat my post box soon then get my daughter some jewllery then i think thats it done. oh, i need some underwear too but just going for knickers as not got much up top so not going to have a bra.

Kylee - you can buy the basic box off the bay for cheap enough and then just personailise it.

We have got ours from the lady that dresses our venue - for £8 and thats just with an organza saah. Im going to make up a sign with our names etc to stick on the front. I would have got from the bay but we are now maxed out on how much we can transport up to venue :-s

i am so excited, i have just recieved a 3k tax rebate!!!

i am in shock as good things dont often come my way. i have just ordered more flowers and added a tier to my cake :)

i am so looking forward to my hen on saturday, the last few days have really dragged, made me feel like when i was younger and we were going on trips to chessington etc and the days just seemed to take so long to arrive, lol. we have the table confirmed now at the chinese and there will be 32 of us! i feel special that so many people wanted to celebrate my hen night with me, lol.

Omg I cant belive it only a short time now,
It really hit me hard the other night we were at the Rev house planning the wedding service, hymns, prayers and music, we had to keep stopping as i kept bursting out into floods of tears. False lashes on the day i think as mascara wont last and i will look like a racoon lol
Off to my mums soon to do the bridesmaid head dresses, im keeping eveerything there as its away from H2B and sons prying eyes lol

I'm getting worried that we haven't heard from our vicar. I need to get OOS done. Must remember to call the church tomorrow!

I'm pretty much done now, just a few things left:

1. final meeting with photographer on 23rd
2. take in my ceremony options to the rector (must arrange that!!)
3. collect our Banns certificate on sunday.
4. Pay for the church.
5. Make up trial on 29th.
6. pay for the balloons.
7. pay the reception venue.
8. Wedding rehearsal on april 26th.
9. Set up the venue the night before the wedding!

OMG thats all i have left and i have 5 1/2 weeks to do it all in.

I cant believe my countdown says only 5 days! I still have favours to make, table plan to confirm & actualy Make (3 new people got added yesterday, AHHHH) names places to make. Dresses & Suits to pick up (Today hopfully) Gift bags for bridesmaids/ushers gifts to buy, we still need presents for both mums.
And im working everyday untill Friday, and have college 2 nights this week. I have no chance lol.

But on the plus side the important stuff is sorted i suppose :o) x

So excited! Got our OOS through from the Rev today and I've now got to sit and staple them into the posh cream cards. I cheekily printed 50 off at work today and will do another 20 tomorrow. :0)

i changed all my pace names now so its just the post box which i was going to do weeks ago but stil havent :~

my mum is coming wednesday to write out the table plan and place names. h2b off on his stag weekend tomorrow, going to be so strange not having him in the bed next to me, mind you, the kids will prob take his place!

taking my little boy for his suit fitting on saturday then me and my daughter have our dress fittings a week sunday. adult bridesmaids to have theirs on the 14th then its just getting everything to the venue the day before the wedding.
