have just done my table plan!! took me a good few hours but its done :) out of 65 guests h2b only have 7 (inc parents) so had to put the 5 of them on a table with 2 strangers, which may be a bit awkward!! you cant please everyone tho, apart from that i think ive done a good job!! cant believe its says one month?! its about just under two so looks scarier than it is!! dont tell the bride time now!!

56 days to go... can't believe 20 months has flown by so fast, it's too scary, picking up and trying on the dress tomorrow.... Which should be fun and exciting.... so why do I feel anixious? :S Please say there are others out there feeling the same. Since January I have been feeling stressed and sick, I just want the wedding here so we can enjoy our day and fly off on honeymoon and stop all this saving malarky!! :D

Ok im slowely feeling more on top of things. Its 51 days away and i have the first of 2 Hen nights tomorrow, which im SOooooo excited about :o) Final dress fitting is sorted for the begining of March, i had the first one last week, and i am still in love with my dress which is good! Had a call yesterday to say the bridesmaid dresses have arrived, mens suits fittings are done & flower girl dress purchased.
I havnt even made a attempt on the seating plan though, its going to be so hard i dont know where to start, plus were still waiting for people to RSVP, whats the best way to chase those that havnt repsonded??

Ill be quite happy once its all over. What with working full time & studying and wedding planning i cant remember the last day i had some time to just sit at home and do nothing! xxx

Hi ladies, I had my hen do on Saturday, what a night it was so fun, and full of laughs hehe. I'm tempted to have another lol. We also had our pre wedding shoot on Friday which was amazing, but very cold! I'll put them up when I get them. Hope all you ladies are good and not stressing too much. Xx

Hey girls how are we all doing?
Had half-term this week so had a bit of a madhouse plus my little sister has come down from Glasgow to stay.
Have managed to get loads of little bits sorted though so feeling so much better now.

Bridesmaids are now almost finished - 2 youngest need shoes but know which ones i want and then just waiting for the dresses to come into store the week before wedding (eeeeekkkkk I know cutting it fine) but Ive got the older ones shoes, underwear for all, jewellery for all plus hair and beauty booked for them.

Ive got my shoes which im doing to modify but at least i now have a pair of shoes, got 2 options of underwear, got jewellery and veil and hair comb have arrived too. 1st fitting on Tuesday so im all set like a jelly I think.

Finally decided on how to decorate our Birdcage centre pieces and really love them.

Got bargain bulk load of the paper we used for invites from Hobby in the clearance section so saved about £40 off my budget and now have all the paper and card and envelopes i need to crack on with OOS, Menus, Table Name Cards, Thank Yous.

Plus all the big things are now paid off so starting to feel so much better and that its all achievable.

Make-up trial is tomorrow... bit nervous about the drive as it's on "scary roads" lol but hoping it'll be worth the panic.

Rocketqueen, I'm having similar thoughts about my dress but like Tinsel said, am hoping that when I try it all on together with the veil and tiara etc I'll feel like a princess again. :0)

Oh I feel so disorganised compared to all of you,

We finally have found another caterer ( I let mum loose on them so they are living in fear if they dont turn up or back out like all the others have done.) That has been uber stressful.

We have paid the photograher, florist and for the suits, we also have been to get our licence just need to pick it up then can call the Rev and pay for the church along with meeting again to finalise what we want on the day.

I have to go to Germany next wed with my mum for a few days to see my SIL and neices to get them measured in the dresses, mum making them for me bless her. SIL is also doing all our hairs so we will have a play as i have no idea what i want then she will cut it for me.

Dogs are booked into 2 kennels I want to see which one is best for them before i cancel one of them, we have booked a mini honeymoon to near Canterbury we will be taking the dogs with us but leaving my son with mum and dad as he has school lol

Oh so many other things my head is going to explode. Not to mention after next week having to chase up RSVPs.

Running away now is looking good or bucket with sand in it so i can bury my head lol

I havent chased - if they turn up and haven't RSVP'd (apart from 2 people who are trying to get over from Italy so Im letting hotel know about them 72 hours before) then you can sit on floor and buy something from the restaurant (OMG that word took me about 10 attempts to spell!)

I had my passport delivered today as Mrs Leanne Stark! Eek! it looks so wierd, exciting though, so i have now been able to register our visas and passports ready for honeymoon. :) we have our hair trial on saturday, looking forward to that and the bridesmaids are going to have their alterations too. I cant believe i'm nearly done! i have had all RSVP's back for the wedding breakfast and nearly all for the evening do! i just have a couple more gifts to buy for the wedding party, need to pay the balloon lady, church and reception venue, and our make up trial is the 29th March. I cant believe how quickly its coming round 65 days to go! I can't believe i have managed to plan a whole wedding with minimal stress so far. If it keeps going as smoothly as it has been i should be fairly relaxed on the lead up to the day. I'll prob be a nervous emotional wreck on the day though! I'm dreading bursting into tears during the ceremony! I cry at every weding i've been too. :0/

My hen weekend was AMAZING! I loved not knowing what we were doing as it was so exciting.

Arrived Friday night at the Holiday Inn for one night (as it was cheaper than the hotel on the Saturday night) and the room was so nice. I was surprised as it was only £29! In the morning we had our breakfast and the hotel let us have Bucks Fizz with breakfast! They then brought us a bottle of wine compliments of the hotel :o)

We then drove to a lush hotel, but when we got there, there was a mini-bus with blackout windows waiting for us. It was chucking it down with rain and I was really worried about what we were doing outdoors. The mini-bus transported us to Sherwood Forest where we did archery and quad biking! As we got out of the mini-bus the rain stopped and the sun came out! It was perfect. Back at the hotel, we had a few drinks and got ready for the evening. I was left on my own in my room, so went looking for the hens and they ere all in my sister's room with wings and bunny ears on!

We went downstairs in the hotel and they had an 80s and 90s evening; meal, drinks, 80s act, 90s act and disco. The food was delicious and the music was so good. My sister and the events organiser had decorated my table to the max (compared to the three other hen parties in there!!!) and I got a sash with The Future Mrs Caroline Nottage on it and a tiara and badges etc. The party bags were full of fun and silly treats, including w!lly sweets, bath bombs, key rings, a wand and a whistle! All the hens had to get on stage and dance to Saturday night. Then I had a cake brought out with the same image that was on the party bags. And then at 11.30pm the DJ stopped the music and shouted "Is there a Caroline in the room? There's been a police emergency, go to reception". So I went and there was a stripper dressed in an American police uniform! We went to a private room with my hens and he did his routine! There was nearly a stampede from the other women who al wanted to watch, but the hotel manager didn't let them in. He took EVERYTHING off! I was so shocked!

Then on the Sunday, we went in the hotel spa and used the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool after breakfast and then at 1pm went to the river and took a boat ride up and down the Trent whilst having a 3 course Sunday roast. It was the perfect end to a perfect weekend. Loved it so much and got really emotional! My sister did an amazing job :o)

Went and collected our wedding rings today - so so pleased. Love my ring, it's perfect!!!

Well ladies, as of tomorrow we can say we are getting married next month!! Argh!! i just saw that my countdown says 1 month... it's 7 1/2 weeks not 1 month! lol, we payed our honeymoon in full today and i had my hair trial on saturday, i was so pleased with it, but forgot to take pics! doh!! it's our first banns reading this sunday! eek. I still can't get over how quickly the last year has gone. Are any of you getting nervous yet? xx

Dont worry 2 of my Bridesmaids wont be having their 1st fitting till the Tues and Weddings on the Sunday. Plus the alterations are only done Tue to Frid :-s

I got them from a lady on facebook based in Milton Keynes... called unique hair extensions. I love love love them!! Just need to dye my hair to match them now :)
