I've got ages to find the perfect outfits but I'm going to be keeping an eye out as of now and if I find the right dresses at the right price then I'll buy them at any time. The thing is I don't know what style/colour is best for my bridesmaids, the only thing I do know is that we will all have the same shoes, which will be silver (probably) and covered in sparkles (definitely). Our colour theme is black and silver, however my issue is that one of my bm's is 5ft 9 and a size 8/10 and the other is 5ft 1 and a size 24, they couldn't be less alike. As I only have 2 bridesmaids in dresses I would like them to both be wearing the same however I don't know what style would work for both of them does anyone have any tips or style ideas which would work for them both?

I have a BM that is 16 and a size 8 and my MOH that is 24 and a size 14, they are very different but I am putting them in the same dress and they both look fab them. I think you need to see dresses on them before you think they won't work as you will probably be surprised! If you find they don't look right then maybe just find dresses the same colour but different styles, you can make that work x

I was thinking I'll probably have to take them dress shopping to be sure what works, but I don't want to do that until next summer at the very earliest as I don't want to drag everything out in other peoples eyes, but if I find a bargain I want to be able to go for it. ahhh I struggle buying for myself I can see this is going to be a nightmare lol

I actually found it really easy! Once you know your colours just search the internet, high street stores even the bay and you will find something. I found mine and knew they were the ones and just ordered them! Got them last month and I don't get married until May next year! Even if you see something you can just show your girls and see if they like them, I was worried there would be one of them that didn't like it but luckily they all did. I'm sure once you start shopping it will get much easier!

Could you go dress shopping to find the outfits that they both like and agree on? You could tell the shops the wedding in a year ( they don't need to know) and don't mention its33months away as they might not take interest, but this way your know what they both like and works for them and keep eye out for the right things from the start x

I have similar issue, however I found a dress that I think will be ok for all of them :) I'm not sure about the shoes yet, as I want them to use their own shoes, but I am sure it will be fiiiine :)

Have you thought about twist and wrap dresses? I've heard they're good for all body shapes as you can tie them differently so each person is comfortable but it would still be the same dress. Could be worth a look. X
