We're planning on getting married March 31st 2012. We've got the go ahead from the venue but didn't think we'd get that sorted so quickly so need to find the money for the deposit. Ooops. lol.

I do have the following planned though:

Photographer/videographer
Coach transfers
String Quartet/Trio
DJ and Disco


Once we confirm our wedding venue then we'll start getting bits and bobs together. xxx

Hi guys! Yeah we're getting married January 13th 2012 and for those of you who know your calender inside and out by now, yes its a Friday! We figured who else would want to get married on whats supposed to be the most unlucky day of the year and so far we've been proved right. I've contacted several venues and none of them have bookings on any Friday 13th between now and our wedding date. I figure since this is the case haggling on prices might be a good thing - lets face it, if you had someone wanting to book your venue and no-one else was interested you wouldn't want to lose them now would you? :P

So far, we've not booked anything but theres been plenty of planning as we've decided on a Star Trek themed wedding, both of us are life long Trekkies and proud of it. We've managed to find a supplier for the groomsmen outfits, I've found a seamstress who can make my outfit - a replica of one worn in an episode of Star Trek:Deep Space 9 - and even my kids are getting in the swing of it - my daughter is going to be a klingon bridesmaid and my son can't wait to get into his Star Trek ensigns uniform :))

All thats left now is sorting the cake, venue, and a million and one other things :P

Our provisional date it 20th June 2012 lol. So far we have absolutely NOTHING booked. I have a wedding dress, but I'm still on the lookout for something better lol. And we've sorted our best man and bridesmaids, thats about it. Still no clue where we're having it as we are either going to have it in OH's hometown (stafford) or mine (Rotherham/Sheffield). I'm getting severely miffed with him at the moment lol!

We haven't even set a proper date lol, he feels too young to be planning it and is very indecisive but won't let me plan it all because he wants to be part of the process! *eye roll* lol

he's 20, I just turned 22.

We are getting married 21st July 2012 if all goes according to plan, 3rd time lucky and all that! Looking at venues just now, haven't found the perfect one yet, just have one in mind which we are looking at tomorrow. Got my dress, centrepieces, shoes and a suit for my son (he better not grow too much), and things like favour boxes and place cards. So much left to do though. Got the church too, that is the most important thing. x

yhh defo! my Hb2's family have been great!! unfortionatly its my mum thts being a bit off and yhh people that dnt reli know me / us properly! started making me doubt it all a little tbh but just gunna dive into looking forward to picking a venue so i can get stuck into it more :) xx
