In the ultimate dream wedding invitation we’re giving 16 lucky couples the chance to experience the magic for themselves by winning a custom-designed dream wedding in their very own island paradise in the Bahamas.

In a unique event on 16 May 2012 at 16.00, 16 marriage ceremonies will be held simultaneously on 16 Bahamian islands. You simply need to upload a short video of you and your partner explaining which of the 16 Bahamian islands you would like to marry and why. Next spring you could be enjoying one of 16 glorious weddings in The Islands of The Bahamas, along with your two wedding guests.

The winners:

One of the 16 weddings will be chosen by friends and family through WeddingTV as they text 88833 to vote for their favourite couple. The couple with the most text votes will win one of the weddings.

The winning couples for the 15 remaining island weddings will be chosen by a panel of judges and notified on 5 December 2011. The panel of judges includes Bahamas Tourist Office, Kuoni, Goldsmiths, WeddingTV.com, You &Your Wedding magazine and Travel Trade Gazette.

Well unfortunately I get married the day after that on a very different island a long, long way away from the Bahamas, so can't enter. P00 Great concept though and would love to hear of any bride on here that is seriously entering. Would make fascinating reading for us all.
