    Hiya!

Does anyone have an alternative to sweet scoops?? I refuse to pay money out (tight budget) for sweet scoops when they will get nicked! Lol! Wondered if anyone had any alternatives to metal scoops?? H2B is happy for everyone to dive in (typical gross bloke) whereas I think its a bit gruesome knowing how many people go loo and dont wash their hands! Lol.1 xxx

I've just found big sweet scoops, plastic ones, for £2.35. You'd only need a few of them

I'm having a sweet buffet and I have loads of jars but only five scoops cos I don't think more than 5 people will be using the buffet at any one time. I don't mind if they use the same scoop for more than one jar. Do you really need that many scoops? Mine were less than £10 and are really good quality from ebay.xx

You could buy a box of disposable gloves... I really can't think of a cheaper suitable alternative to scoops I'm afraid, unless there's an individual pudding / yoghurt pot out there that could be recycled as scoops. Could look a bit tacky tho :0(

Can you not ask a local sweet shop if you can borrow some for a favour or a small fee??
