Hello ladies, I just had to share.....so I have been talking to a hair and make up artist. She seemed very nice but needed a deposit to book the day. As ive not have a make over done I was unsure if I wanted it doing on the wedding, or if I would do it myself. As she offers free trials in the package we agreed I would have my make up trial now and my hair one later to help me decide.
She does airbrush make up and suggested this as it is rub resistant silicone based make up. I had reservations about looking like an orange clown but it looks very natural. She was very amenable to the few changes I wanted and even left me with a fab pair of eyelashes and glue to reuse!
So far its been 7 hoirs and still looking good, some blush has worn off, but that was the extra powered blush I asked to be added to the sprayed stuff. She said on the day she would leave things like blush lipstick and a mattifying powder to touch up at night.
I am so happy and all for the bargin price of 150 (hair and make up) with the bms hair 25 each!!
I just had to share with you lovely ladies and if anyone is thinking of air brush make up I would defo recommend it!!

That sounds fab. Think I'll enquire to see if there is anyone local that does that!
It feels very natural, still extremely good coverage 11 hours on, it seems a shame to wash it off! I thought it woukd feel greasy in this weather but I haven't even notice it! The other half was very impressed and asked if I could do it every day!
I found her through an add on here so if anyone is in the leeds/york areas I would be happy to recommend her!
At least you know it's long lasting and especially in the hot weather it's well worth the money x

Sounds Great! I to have booked a make up person that is using spray make-up. I'm glad I read this as I had a few reservations about it. Now I cant wait to have my trial to see what it will look like. :)

I'm having airbrushed foundation :)... it's superb and makes the skin look very good and lasts for ever. It's sweat proof too so would be good in this weather .

Ah glad I could spread the word a little! It was sweat and rub proof as I touch my face often, I even had a cold so blew my nose quite a bit too, a good test for the make up I suppose!

I've bought myself the airbrush set and so far very happy with it, gives great cover and doesn't feel thick or dry :) I've even slept in it and had pretty good cover the next day! :)

I had airbrush makeup it lasted great all day in 28 degree heat and even looked good the next morning.....I crashed in bed without taking it off!! oops!....i didnt take it off until I landed in Prague about 36 hours after it was put on and i was still impressed with the coverage. It felt really light all day....definitely recommend it :D
