Ok girls so i am due to get married a week tomorrow!! (eeek!) My period was due at the beginning of this week but with all the stressing i have been doing it hasnt arrived yet!! If it dosnt come by Monday i risk having it on my wedding day (and wedding night)
So, if i go to the doctors would they be able to give me a pill to stop it coming if it isnt here by monday?
Does anyone know?

Yes they should be able to give you something. I can't remember the name (think it's Norethisterone), but you take it three times a day until you are ready for it come. My doctor's gave it to me for when I went on holiday xx

I would make an appt hun, or ask to speak to the nurse at your practice, when I took it before I had to start taking it before I was due, and they may want to run a pregnancy test to make sure before prescribing anything as you are already late.
Fingers crossed for you - the last thing you want on your wedding day is a visit from mother nature x

Well, i went to the Drs this morning and got the Norethisterone pills to take three times a day. Will wait until Sunday to see if it comes, if not i will start taking them and Dr says i cant take them for 2 weeks till after my minimoon!! yay!! maybe being destressed will bring it on natural!! xxx

Hopefully hun that was my worst nightmare luckily enough mine was 4 days before and inly lasts 2-3 days x
