We're having an end of June wedding, and the venue has really large windows and lots of light. I'm worried that when the disco starts the room will be too light and the atmosphere will be all off. Is it silly worrying about this?

I'm also getting married at the end of June but i haven't thought about this before...The venue will have done summer weddings before so i assume they'll know what to do? What time is the disco starting? If it's evening time, then it shouldn't be too light. I'm sure it'll all be okay babe :)

Disco starts at 8, that means there'll be two whole hours of daylight... And I know there are no curtains

I have just added this to my list to ask our wedding planner when we visit the venue. We do have curtains though so thats not too bad but its still not going to be great unless they have another plan!

Oh dear, :( Now I'm worried about my venue choice...
I'm sure you'll be too busy to really notice anyway?

Maybe ask your wedding co-ordinator?

I am sure it will be fine. We are just worried about people not wanting to dance in daylight but we have a small wedding. If you have a few characters it should be fine. We are worried though as we are not sure what time it goes dark either but then think about all of the weddings these venues have in the summer and they are always busy so shouldnt be a problem
