Hi i was cleaning out my wedding box today and remembered id asked for money towards honeymoon rather than gifts, as me and my OH have been living together for 3 years so we dont need anything. So... when the guests come to the wedding/reception, how do they give us money if anything?! I dont want to feel as if im standing there taking money off them. Is this where is letterbox comes from and can this be used to give us Congrats cards?

we have a letter box, got it for a fiver at clintons cards!
We're going to put a peom on the box and tables about donating cash gifts, so that we dont feel as we are taking money as you say.
There are some poems on google

We put a small envelope inside the invitations so guests can use that or put money in cards, and we have a post box for the day :-)

i saw a brilliant idea in a magazine, they used a bird cage as a 'letter box', i already have a pretty cream one somewhere so thought i might use that.
