    me and h2b is wanting to look at starting a family after the wedding but i have a high chance at not being able to conceive and want to get as much information together and research everything to help improve chances and find ways of recording things like periods, ovalaltion etc and was wondering if any one knew of any good websites, leftlets etc to look at and also if any one has had to go though it all to and has any other advice that maybe helpful ...

    i will be seeing my gp as i need to go though some medication changes and will need to be monited closely but just wanted to get an head start so i can ask anything i want to know and get to understand it more as things dont always go in when being told all at once... just want to do as much as i can to prepare

    i would make sure that you keep a record of when you are on your period, day it starts, how long it lasts and then you will know how long your cycle is, if it changes etc and can work out when you ovulate.

    if you have an iphone there is an app that i use and it is amazing! it predicts your future periods when it has 3 months data.
    it will be really helpful to your doctor when he askes about your cycle xx
