Wow I have no idea as I actually like clinique and thought they were a decent brand. I can't wear reds as it makes me look like a prozzy gone wrong. I envy you for being able to wear it as I love seeing it on other people. Just wish it suited me.

dont get me wrong hun its a fab brand but it feels to slippery on me,to much like a lip gloss instead of a lipstick i want something thats more matt and doesnt transfer

Was it the buttershine ones? They are more slippy than the others. I think the ones that You paint on and then put a gloss on after are meant to be the best but I can't remember which brand they are but then you might still get the slippyness with them. Might have been Mac???

Think it is Mac Jo! I've just started wearing red too Tiggs.
Last night I wore some of Avon's longlasting red lipgloss I didn't want to spend a fortune in case I no likey! Although too shiny and slippy for u once the gloss wore off my lips were red all night. Quite impressed actually - maybe try their lipstick in that range as its cheap but worth a try.

I'm an absolute red lipstick obsessive and MAC Russian Red is my favourite. I usually apply a layer of their Cherry lipliner all over the lips, then one layer of the lipstick and blot until nothing more comes off on the tissue and repeat. A bit of a footer but I have it down to about a minute or so and it looks FANTASTIC!

If you want a non-transfer, long-lasting but glossy red lipstick Maybelline's SuperStay two stage lipstick in Cherry Pie is a god-send. It lasts for ages unless you eat something really greasy and no matter how much I kiss Grant he never gets any on him.

I've got a lip sealer which you can put on over any lipstick it's clear with a touch of shimmer. Stings a bit when you first put it on but it really works through drinking, eating and a bit of kissing!

Tiggs, a fine choice. It's my favourite and one of Dita von Teese's favourites.

It's not branded as long lasting, but generally it is very long-lasting if applied correctly and can be reapplied easily (unlike the two-step ones). I've been wearing it for years and LOVE it.

I always wear the 2 step ones but they can go a bit gritty if you are eating . I had a revlon 2 step one that was fantastic but they dont make it anymore :-(
