Hi. I was wanting to ask for some advice please. I'm getting married in 2018 and am wondering on which will the best way forward regarding my bridesmaids dresses. The big thing is I have 2 bridesmaids, one who lives here in the UK and the other lives abroad. Any suggestions on where or how to get the dresses as want the same dress for both. Thanks in advance

You could take her measurements and buy the dress here and have it shipped over for her to get altered over there.

My MOH lives in NZ she went to a shop there that stocked the dress I liked, tried it on and got her measurements. She then gave them to me and I ordered it here with the other bm's dresses. xx

Two suggestions.
My sister had me and her friend. Her friend lives in Canada. When she visited we chose the dresses together then got last minute alterations done a few days before the wedding.
A family friend had bridesmaids from a few different countries. She chose a colour and fabric from a bridesmaid dresses brand that sells all over the world (a well known popular one), and told all the girls what the fabric and colour was then gave them a choice of 5 different styles by that brand they could choose from. All they had to do was find their local supplier and get the dresses sorted themselves. Worked out perfectly.

My bridesmaid is in the Falkland Islands, We have had to order her dress from measurements she has done and I have an appointment with a seamstress for the day after she lands in the UK.

You could always use those multi way dresses. I think they come as one size and fit all?
