    Hi all,
I would like some opinions :)
Would you invite people to your hen/stag do that you wernt inviting to the wedding or reception?
Or if you received an invite to a hen/stag do would u be expecting a wedding invite?

I cant invite every man and his dog to the wedding but the hen do is just a meal and a night out so figured i could invite anyone.
Just trying to figure out whether i should invite some people or not.
    thanks :) xx

Im only having my bridesmaids to my main hen do. Sorry, but I would not invite anybody to my hen do who wasnt coming to the wedding, same as an engagement party. Xx

I wouldn't invite anyone to pre-wedding events if they weren't invited to at least the night do. I'd feel uncomfortable inviting people to the hen and not the wedding.

You seem to have it sorted but like others said; I wouldn't invite anyone to the hen who wasn't invited to the wedding :P

I didn't invite anyone who wasn't invited to the wedding. If I was invited to a hen do I'd expect an invite to the wedding xxx

I agree - if I was invited to the hen and didn't get an invite to the wedding, I'd worry that I'd offended the bride in some way...

I would particularly feel a bit put out if I'd gone to extra effort or expense to attend, as I kinda feel that if The bride has invited me to the wedding I should make every effort to go to the hen...so if I'd made an extra special effort and then wasn't even invited to the wedding I'd kinda feel a bit miffed.

That said, I' think it's fine to invite evening only people on a hen do...xx

Im having two, one with just my immediate girls, and one which is just a night out in a nearby town which Everyone who wants to come can, wether they are invited to the wedding or not, everyone will have already got there invites so will know whether they are invited or not so its up to them.
