I am having a total nightmare, (haven't left enough in my budget) so decided on fake flowers but dont want them to look cheap and ebay is good, so long as i don't want any for bridesmaids lol. and have just found a website that sells artificial flowers and thinking of making my own bouquet. this way i can get mine plus 3 bm for £38. providing i can arrange them properly, it is such a nightmare

hiya i've been on ebay was gonna make my own bouquets with either silk wooden or foam roses which are you going for? but i recently found 2 bouquets buy it now for £16 but i won them at £14.50 they are beautiful!! they do three bouquets buy it now at £24 or bid from £21 the seller also does bridal bouquets buy now £16 but limited colours but if you contact the seller with specifications she will give prices. if you look around you can get 100 wooden roses on there for around £12 you can even get sprays for them so they are scented, you've got to decide when making your own if you want feathers, crystals, ribbon ect as theses add up hope this helps

try doing the pretty but effective ribbon tied around the stems thingy i always like that. and stick fake pearls/ gems on to them to pretty hem up even more

yeah i agree i was toying about with flowers and binding the stems in ribbon the glued them they did look great especially with gems stuck on but then i was going through the box they were in and asked my 3 year old to hold them and she just unwinded it all :( well better than happening on the day i suppose lol

Were getting silk as well from a lady on here. i looked at her site and picked the bm's and sent her a pic of what i wanted for mine and she said she could make it for me :-) all pics on my profile

my friend is getting married this year too .. and she is making her own flowers,she is buying them fresh from a some sort of flower warehouse and is doning the whole lot herself the day before for about £70 pounds. so it can be done !!!

I've just got my silk flowers from a wonderful lady on ebay ..... they are truely stunning! Really beautiful hand tied bouquet of pale pink peonies (will try and add some pics) which cost me £30. If anyone would like her details, let me know :0)
