Sorry I don't know if I've put this in the right category but I have just received a very strange call from someone claiming to be from UK Bride.. She said that because I entered a competition in June 2011 to win a Canon Camera (I said I hadn't but she carried on regardless) then I'm eligible to enter the £500 prize draw - All she needs is to ask a couple of questions ...... First one being what network I am on for my phone !?!?!?
I hung up at this point ! I don't know what this is, but thought I'd make you all aware xxx

Just a thought, have you bought anything through the site using the discount as a Power User? Or just bought anything through here in general?
Perhaps that company has sold on your details, telephone number, name ect, and have said you're from UKBride? They make money from selling your details on. It's illegal as they don't have your permission.
If not then i'm stumped?! Hope they're not hacking in!

Nope never bought anything off here... Was very strange !! Just don't want someone to actually give them any details ! I mean using something from 2years back, they may not remember whether or not they did it.. I know I didn't as I wasn't active on UKBride then having cancelled our 1st wedding that year ! Xxx
