I just found this cool idea that you could have personalised guitar picks for favours. I found a website and it works out about £35 for 50 picks (including delivery)
What do you guys think? I love this idea - would be nice to get a cute wee box to put them in too. If anyone wants the link let me know :-)

Sure I'll put it on your wall - the prices are in American dollars but the website is quite comprehensive. Its in Norway but they ship here. Just told my man and he aint so keen on the idea. He is the one who plays guitar constantly!! lol.
Theres a price list and I think you can order 10/20/50 but they do special requests it seems :-)

Thats a good idea, I like the idea of a wee presentation box. More of a wee thing for people to keep rather than use but I think my man is gunna need some convincing. Ive been trying to decide on favours for so long. Grrrrrrrr! H2B is far too fussy.

I found a great site the other day that sell's bulk gift boxes etc, might be something on there you could use for this if you do get them.....................I'll see if I can find it again and leave it on your wall

yeah i have seen those, they look fab and are certianly a unique and qwirky idea. We didnt go for anything like this as we have no connections to music, but theyre ab if you play music or something.

ive got one for my dad saying father of the bride n were gonna get them for our best men too theyre all in a band together and they r awesome!!!!! i got mine on the bay BUT i did have probs with it as the engraving wasnt that great so they had to send me another one which was better........

I love the idea as a lot of our friends are musical too (most of the blokes coming to the wedding play at least one instrument) but H2B has said no :-( I literally have no idea what to get as favours. Ive looked through loads and loads of websites and H2B hasnt liked anything Ive shown him. He is such a fussy git, he can pick them himself lol

nope lol. I asked him last night what he thinks we should get and he replied something rustic thats a keepsake! How vague is that!?? haha. I think I will end up picking something and he will have to like it :-)

I got h2b an engraved steel pic - he plays lead guitar in a band - this will go in his box of goodies that he will open on the morning of the wedding xx
