My vicar said because i wasnt born in the UK we cant have the banns read etc and that we would need something else that would cost £100 (cant remember what he said it was called) but i rang the british immagration to find out my status as a british citizen etc, they said i am a british citizen by descent (my dads english) so does this mean we can still have the banns or do we have to have the other thing?
