Hi ladies, yesterday would have been my great grandparents 70th Wedding Anniversary but sadly my great grandad passed away just 3 days earlier on Monday.
I was speaking with my FMIL about this last night and she said 'What is the name for the 70th Anniversary, I didn't realise there was one'.. in fact the list goes up to 90th and the 70th is platinum but thinking about it, how many couples actually celebrate a 70th Anniversary these days? due to either divorce or death, I imagine not many!
What is the longest Anniversary in your family? My parents were married 23 years before they were divorced.

My grandparents made it to 55 years until sadly they both passed within 6months of each other. My parents have been married 35 years I think
