aww hun i hope you get sorted. this is the last thing you need so close to the wedding. i would go into the suit shop and cause the biggest scene and refuse to move until they get it sorted. good luck hunni xxx

My dad didnt have a ring at his wedding... only the bride needs to have a ring! He does have a ring but never actually worn it, i agree with other poster, use a stand in and get the real ring another time, that could be nice.
As for suits well as others have said you need to go back and say its not right!

Thats the jewellers Dove!! I never intended on buying from there, was actually looking for gifts a while back and happened to ask if they did a white gold and ruby wedding ring and they seemed so helpful that I ended up ordering from them. To be fair, the shop staff have been great, it's whoever makes their rings thats the problem even to the point where they tried to persuade me to keep the one they sent despite it being the wrong size, wrong width and wrong stone!!.

Well the update is the suit hire company are doing their best to get the right cravats in and tomorrow I'm going to chase up the ring again.

I will keep you all posted but if anyone lives near Bluewater and fancies a row, let me know and you can come with me!! We could make a chain across the door way and refuse to move!

The Glades is as bad as the Walnuts.......just bigger and even more scummy people!!!! As for Orpington bowling, attention seeker you are mad to even set foot in the place!! I would only go there if I was in the mood for arguing with a pikey!!!

Anyway, latest update is I've been promised the ring will be in Friday. The rest of the suits and the right colour cravats came in last night but now they have sent my 10 year old son an waistcoat that would fit at 2 year old!! So they have promised us they'll get another one in my 5:30 tomorrow.

So fingers crossed, I will be far less stressed tomorrow evening!

On the plus side, I picked mine and my bridesmaids dresses up yesterday and my favours turned up this morning.

It all seems very real now!

They're doing the same with mine. They've have my engagement and eternity ring for 6 weeks now and won't even tell me if theyare ready unless I bring the green order form in!! What a bunch of idiots! I will not be setting foot in there ever again once I get my rings!

So you might not get your ring back before the wedding then?!
