yesterday i had my 3rd hair and make up trial this time with a different lady as the other one even thou she had booked me in after the original trial she couldnt do the wedding date... so had a 2nd trial with her helper and it was blinking awful.. all patchy the hair was a right mess
so had a re think and looked for someone closer to me ... well ive uploaded some piccies of her creation.... very very bridially and didnt know if i wanted it this bridially so please honest opinions of hair and makeup...(im used to lots more make up and this to me is very subtle and i certainly aint subtle lol)
or do i need to find someone else???

I Think it looks good on you. Very elegant and stylish. for me however, I will be having half up half down with curls I think. It depends on if u want it all up. If u want it all up then I like it

cheers ladies.. just a little worried as that is done with 2 full packs of 20" full head human hair extensions... didnt know if it looked too big or too fake ...
i just think it is very bridal and didnt know if it was me as i asked for a messy side bun as thats how i always wear my hair when i go out or go to a wedding etc...
and the make up isnt me at all i like alot more and wear very dark smokey eyes normally but she said not on your wedding day!!
oh excuse the roots my hair needs dying lol... and the hair jewlery isnt mine it was hers just to see what it looked like with some bits on..

i think thats what shes gone for i said to her i dont want to look dated i want classic undated elegant but still look like iv got it on... so she used the airbrush make up and layered it on... she put gold speckles on the brown eyeshadow too..
its just the hair it just very bridal... but im a bride right ?? she picked up on the vintage tone to the wedding so maybe thats why she went full on bridal hair
plus she was lovely and we had a good laugh and recomended me her botox man who is apparently fab priced and cheaper than the lady i currently use
plus shes £200 cheaper than the origional lady that was going to do the bridal party!!

Ok, I love your hair, it looks stunning and I think it really suit's you. She's done really well creating something that suits your face so perfectly so I think you should stick with this lady, even if you decide on something different I think she's done a brilliant job and proved she's decent at what she does! However, as beautiful as the make up is I've always had this impression of you as "really well made up" I don't know if that sounds silly or not but the make up in that picture just looks far too subtle for something I'd expect you to have! I'd go "wow" make up instead of keeping it natural but over all you look fantastic! x

You look lovely!! I love the hair! I would say a little more makeup though, more because you said in first post you normally wear more, The makeup in the photo is very subtle. I normally have quite dramatic eye makeup and i will have similar on my wedding day though different colours to normal i think....It's who i am, i dont want to be completely different for my wedding.

yes huge veil but its getting put at the bottom of my hair not at the top so right underneath at the nape of my neck ... only so it reaches the end of my train
i always always wear headbands recently they seem to be me... but not the one of the piccie mine is bigger a bit wider... its getting made for me so i can change it at any point

Just saw the photos. U look gorgeous! The hair is stunning! I might have my hair like that now! So cheers mate! I like the make up but I'd go for a bit more heavier eye makeup and some rosy flushed cheeks so it shows up in the photos! And I agree add some false lashes! Perfect!!!

I think it's a great style, especially with your dress and theme. I think the bling level is just right - could even support more if you wanted - I think alot of people with statement dresses worry about having too much "stuff" up top to detract from the dress, but personally I think it's good as a balance, you want people to be wowwed by the dress sure, but you want them also to be draw up to your face too :-)

I like both the hair and the make up but think I would stick to either the head band or the vine and then the pins in the back rather than having all three but that is just me. If you usually wear more make up then it wouldn't hurt to go a little more dramatic on the eyes but I would still keep the lips natural. You will look amazing on your big day.

think im gonna go with the headband for definate as i always wear them and the pins at the back and maybe have the vine for night time ??
i think im going to get some semi permenant lashes they last 3 months and they look very very natural.. used to have them all the time but they eventually made my real lashes fall out!! so have been growing my lashes back for the last year!!
i think i might ask her to do my eyes a bit darker possibily grey and brown with gold flecks but not black as the make up lady said am getting married and being a princess for the day not clubbing it with the trannies!! and i dont want the pictures to age...
i think im going to keep the hair then exactly the same as you all have been so kind about it... who would have thought my natural hair is jaw length!!
and no hubby to be hasnt seen it as i washed the makeup off just before he came home and boy it took aload of wipes to get it off.. good stuff that airbrush makeup!!... but i did go to the post office collections depot sporting full bridal hair and makeup!!

Haha I would be prancing about it it also before the h2b comes home. I think that is a good idea to wear the head band for half the day then the vine for the rest of it. The greys and golds sound a really good idea.
