Has anybody got any tips on nerves; it's less than 3 weeks now and everytime I think about the set-up day before and 'the' day my stomach turns! Spent 2 years planning fine details; have about 30 boxes of decorations and surprises ready to go to the venue and I'm just so worried something is going to happen to ruin it all!!!

Nerves are completely natural hun, after all that planning and organising you are nearly done so im not surprised your worrying! But you cant control everything so the best thing to do is have a stiff drink take a deep breath, check you have everything in order and calm down!!! You will be fine, you will look amazing, your day will be stunning and afterwards you will probably wonder why you were so worried!!! Best of luck and wishes xx

Oh hon you will be fine dont worry. Take some big breaths and relax. I recommend hypnotism or deep relaxation techniques if you can have that done. It feel like your on cloud nine after. My doctor hypnotised me and H2B.

im sure everything will be fantasic hun, you spent all this time planning just relax and enjoy your day, the little things wont matter when your married youll be so excitied and happy that nothing will matter! xx
I agree nerves are natural - just make sure you have time for yourself to relax and have some space Even if you dont use lists it can be helpful to write everything you need to do out and if you can delegate lots to others so that the pressure isnt all on you Even if a couple of things dont turn out exactly as you planned you probably wont even notice on the day so dont worry too much :) Good luck with the last few weeks of planning x
There are so many people out there who will tell you
what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

Thank you ladies :) my dad's not too well at the moment- just come down with an infection; so that's really worrying me - hoping he'll be ok soon and fully recovered. Also had a meeting at the hotel (old wedding co-ordinator left) - and a lot of our details hadn't been passed on; so panicked a bit (lot!) but hopefully there won't be any last minute panics. Geeez I'm going to be shattered by the end of it all!!! xxx

everyone gets those nerves before something big so dont worry about it, it natural. best thing to do is to try and relax dont think about things you think might go wrong and concentrate on the planning youve done and how your wedding is going to be the best day you will both have. think of the positives never the negatives!!!!

You can't not be nervous but I found on the day i was just really excited to get to the church you will feel exactly the time. The time flies by, one minute you're having your hair done then its the end of the day. I was so happy i forgot all about being nervous and took a big deep breath and walked up the aisle.
Its great to sit and eat your meal watching everyone enjoy all the little touches you've spent months making and planning and if something silly goes wrong it really doesn't matter. I was the same as you with 3 wks to go and now i've been married 6 weeks. Enjoy every minute! xxx

When I was taking my driving lessons, I was so nervous, my legs would turn 2 jelly. Not what u want when ur trying 2 control the car! I kept stalling and it was becoming a problem, so I found a breathing technique, which u have 2 practice - It isn't a quick fix.
The technique - breath in for 4 secs, hold it for 7 seconds and then breath out for 6 seconds.
Don't keep repeating it otherwise you'll become very light headed!
Oh, and I passed 1st time, so it definitely worked!!

I sympathise with you Minniemoocher. I've got 18 days and I'm not worried about the day, just about finishing all the preparations as there is still so much to do. I feel sick at the thought of it all and I've got Ostrich syndrome - I can't do any of it. It'll have to kick in soon or we've had it, lol. I guess we'll all be fine. Nerves are a good thing, I'm told...
