Hi, you girls have all done so well with your diets and excercise but I have 3 months to go and have done zilch! I look after my toddler all day and eat whatever I can grab( usually unhealthy ) then at night I eat tons of rubbish and sweets and fatty food because I'm still starving and don't bother to excercise because its the only time I see my H2B! Please help me get out of this rut, your advice will be much appreciated.I do have a cross-trainer but it's beside my toddlers room and makes alot of noise so i feel like i can't go on it when we get him to bed( that's the only time i have free to excercise). Do any of you know of any classes or diets to help me go down a dress size in 3 months? It seems impossible. I'm really bothered about my back because when i zip my dress up it doesn't go up all the way and I have back cleavage lol I don't know why i have put fat on there but I don't know how to get rid of it!Sorry for the essay,I'm just really in a panic now!I need to lose lots of weight in just 3 months, eeeek!lol Thanks xxxxxxx

firstly try to relax stress can make you put weight on.
>Firstly ditch all the rubbish in the house and replace it with fruit and nuts because that will make you feel fuller for longer esp if you snack on it (also remember that natural sugars from fruits can also contribute to weight gain so don't eat a whole bag of apples in one go)
>Secondly, if you live in a house just walk up and down the stairs several times a day - free simple exercise :)
>Thirdly, involve h2b in your routine even if it's the only time you see each other because you'll still be having quality time and working up a sweat together which will boost your happy hormones and assist you that way :)
Good luck hun xx

One dress size in 3 months is perfectly possible :) Lose all the unhealthy stuff from your house and replace it with healthier options - muller light yoghurts, ryvitas, fresh fruit etc, and if you haven't time to stop and eat a proper lunch, grab some mug shots or cous cous - those are literally a matter of pouring on boiling water and waiting five minutes so easy to grab on the go. Switch to cooking things healthier - use a spray fat instead of a tablespoon of oil, choose leaner cuts of meat, add veg to every meal. Switch frozen foods for home made - coating a chicken breast or piece of fish in breadcrumbs yourself takes all of five minutes longer, tastes nicer and is far healthier. Also, make sure you are eating otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and store everything instead of the weight coming off! And don't worry about the cross trainer waking your little one up - it might wake him the first couple of ev evenings but then he will get used to it and sleep through the noise. Hope that helps some x
