We had our last class with the priest last night and ran through the ceremony :) also booked in the night before for rehearsal :)

Wow 2015 is flying by it will be first anniversaries before we know it.
I've booked our menu tasting for 1st July only other thing I need to sort is a date for the registrar hoping to do it on the 1st July too as they are both in the same area about an hour away from us.

My bridesmaid dresses have arrived :) I've just tried one on myself & I love it, 2 possibly 3 of my bridesmaids will be trying there's on tonight!! Just hope I measured them all correctly!!

Our deadline is tomorrow, got 1 more in the post today, and I think the ones to chase are all on OH's side! 3 of mine have a little longer to decide as she is pregnant so once she has a better idea of dates etc she is going to let me know if she can realistically make it, she lives over 2 hours away with an 18 month old and her OH doesn't drive, so I don't want to make an 8 months pregnant woman drive all the way here for 1 day!

Hope bridesmaid dresses fit!
Well tomorrow will be a week since day invites have been sent and so far we have heard back from about 30 and they are all coming, only 6 RSVP in post whilst others are sending them back soon but been in touch to confirm hotels they are staying in and bus seat.
The weekend of our wedding we have the national air show in Swansea so it's really busy so to help with travel and parking etc we are organising a bus from city centre to cathedral and then back to venue. Luckily it's only 5-10min drive :) also really lucky as the red arrows and all the rest of planes will be right over the bay which is in front of venue so we will have amazing views :)

Thank god the 3 that tried theirs on fit although they all need hemming & the straps shortening but other than that I love them. I have posted pics in the china thread :)

We've acquired another flower girl lol, going to the shop tomorrow to buy her dress, shoes & cardigan in case it's chilly on the day (I hope not!!)
I'm thinking of getting the junior bridesmaids vans shoes, what does everyone think?? I'm not 100% convinced, H2B loves the idea. The main positive for me is that they could wear them again after the wedding whereas they would never wear the £20 ivory bridesmaid shoes again, also they have long dresses so it's not as if anyone's going to see their shoes!! I'm probably going to be getting them for the page boys also as they both hate the brown shoes the men are wearing.

Went to T1ff@ny today. Bridesmaids gifts sorted (heart necklaces). They're going to be chuffed when I give them the little blue boxes on the morning of the wedding. We opted to give gifts in the morning instead of during speeches. More personal and its a gift to wear on the day.
Flower girls have a pearl bracelet, page boys have an engraved yoyo.
And I bought my dad an engraved pocket watch today.
We're almost finished. Just trying to decide when to colour my hair. Hen night is next weekend, so might do it Monday.

Well I have had a bit of dress delay. I did mention before my dress was in well it turned out it wasn't! Anyway I have been calm about it and my only concerns was fitting in the fittings, I rang the shop last week and it turned out the owner went to Spain and checked progress of dress the short answer is next Friday it will be in Swansea :) 8 weeks yesterday to wedding :)

I've made things and mines 15 months away, I have absolutely no idea where to store it now. lol. Not even kidding, I just requested the brochure of a street velodrome company. (my partners into cycling) I can just imagine my dress getting stuck in bike chains. Argh.

Yep soo soon now only 11 days, well today is half way through so shall we just say 10 days haha!!! So glad it's bank holiday this weekend and no plans so can crack on with the last few bits before my immediate family descend on me next Wednesday to help (really they'll prob just get in the way and stress me out haha).
Any advice people on what you do when someone has RSVP'd yes to the wedding, but then you hear rumours through the grapevines that they've had a falling out with their best friend (also attending), so now probably won't be coming. (OH has texted and no reply!!) Or situation 2, where your half brother (don't see very often quite childish for his age) and his wife are constantly off on off on (and last you heard they were on, but week before that shouting on facebook that they were getting divorced) and now you don't know if the wife will come to the wedding (I did ask him a few weeks back where he said yes, but since then they've been off again).
I obviously don't want to make it seem like my wedding is the most important thing in the world or like I'm being rude, but the bridezilla is threatening to make an appearance. I do have back up people that I can offer the day to, unfortunately they'll be stuck with the meal choices, but can't finish my table plan until they decide to confirm to me.
Sigh (prob what's giving me the twitchy eyelid)
Though I am so excited to see everything that I've been planning for the past 17 months all come together :-) Think I'm worrying my bridesmaids and girly friends, as they said I seemed too quiet at the weekend. I'm like a duck girls calm on the surface but madly paddling underneath. xx

A bit of drama with our guests as 1 of OH cousins who got married July last year has split up from her husband as he cheated at Christmas! And my sister OH also would like to attend now and be on the top table! Usually I would say no, but he doesn't know anyone going except us 3, and he just found his dad hung from a barn so he is in a bad place :(
Hen do was a blast! Had a few smilers! On their phones constantly looking like eeyore! But other than that, was great being Wonder Woman for the night! Haha
My month countdown starts today and I am super excited to be Mrs Ferraro! :D I even made my OOS last night because I like to be organised! Haha

Feeling a bit crap today as we've had to cancel our week's holiday in July. It's an annual holiday with my fiancee's family but we just can't afford to go because of all the trouble with the hotel. The indirect but secondary hit from the hotel is that all our suppliers are charging more because of extra travel/mileage time and we've had to either cancel them or try and find other suppliers at short notice! So because we are having to fork out more, we aren't going to be able to afford to enjoy the holiday. The annoying part of it is that although we can't afford to enjoy the actual holiday when we are there (approx. £400 on fuel, groceries etc.), we still have to pay for the holiday cottage.... I hate this wedding, I really really hate it :( Rant over!!

6 weeks and still loads to do including some invites lol I have a twitch in my eye which always comes when I'm stressed and just feel nauseous some days :( I did tell h2b last week and at first he was offended but when I explained I'm sick of always doing wedding stuff or chasing people he understood. I'm meant to have my hen in 2weeks and if I survive that without flipping I will be surprised as it seems it's me 2 mates my 2 sil my mil and step mum as my hens left it too late to organise stuff :(

Oh I know, people look at me weirdly when I say I just want it over and I can't stand it anymore but if they knew about about the stresses and worries we've had, then they'd understand.. I sent quite a mean text to a friend who is meant to be organising hen and it did seem to be the kick up the bum she needed but seems too little too late. When people want to renew vows and have the whole thing exactly like the first one I can't understand how they don't crack lol

I'm the same, can't wait for it to be done. Lots of things between now and then tho. All be here in no time. This week a birthday party. Next week dinner with friends and a friend bday and first dress fitting. Then oh is away to the download festival for his stag, then it's father's day and his parents annual summer party. Then it's my hen and carnival season kicks off. Then is our joint local sten do, my towns carnival which I'm incharge of, then it's the wedding.
