ok i seriously dont trust pregnancy tests as last time i was pregnant before i lost it at ten weeks i had 11 negatives when i was actually preggers. but i am now 17 days late and have only ever been this late in the aforementioned bit lol. my next period is due on xmas day but to be honest i dont think it's gonna come.....which would make me roughy 6 weeks.... what symptoms were you girlies having at six weeks as i currently am experiencing the following:
peeing loads crying over the daftest things like a hug from h2b lol eating more sleeping more soreness of the boooobles started today and stupid constipation...i think the worst one lol!

It might be your nerves because of all the stress you have at the moment. And you mentioned pco so it's very common that periods are irregular (they might be now even if they haven't been before).
I wish you all the best but don't get your hopes up only to have them crushed.

go to the doctors hun, plus if you are they can monitor you... i had tests saying i was other week and had some signs so they put me straight in for a blood test, came back negative but least i knew. dont think id trust one of them home ones again xx

Deffo go to the doctors to get it confirmed. When me and OH start trying thats what Il have to do. With my PCOS I only get about 4 periods a year! So annoying.
i am in exact same situation as you at the mo but i am 11 days late and i have never missed a period in my life. i became pregnant last year but lost it as 7 weeks and even straight after that my periods were regular.
when i was pregnant before i didnt have any syptomns what so ever except a missed period and a positive test but this time i have a missed period, bit of sickness and constipation but i have done loads of tests and they are all negative even one this morning was.
i would speak to your doc which is what i did last week but they wont do a blood test for me. maybe ask them to do one and see what happens

Fairy-Cakes - I used to work for a pregnancy test company and was a customer advisor - they don't show false positives (but can show false negatives) - there was some hcg in your urine. But if a pregnancy is not successful the hcg can fall within hours - very very fast, so a blood test a little later may aswell still have been negative. Many many women miscarry in their life without knowing because they abort very early without any major signs - early pregnancy tests are great for impatient people (like me) but also have the disadvantage of being aware of a possible miscarriage.

Id go to the doctors and tell them about your pco and miscarriage (which they should know from your records) then they should give you a blood test especially if you say it is getting you stressed. Tell them your symptoms that you told us, then say thats why you don't know if its stress or a pregnancy. Because if it is a positive ( fingers crossed) you dont need the stress. x

blood test is the best test you can get. There nearly never wrong. If your gunna do a pee test tho, do it first thing in the morning when you wake up (if you havent already!)

see the stupid thing is they never used to have pregnancy tests they just used to look out for more than one missed period...i cant get a doctors appointment till after xmas apparently as they are short staffed and it isnt a emergency. well at least that way i could either not have the appointment if i come on on my next due one or i will have missed two :D

At 6 weeks you can have plenty of signs and symptoms BUT lots of them can be period related. Or in your mind because you want it so much.
