Ours aren't paid for yet, just the deposits but doesn't need to be paid for until march but at least we can gain a little bit of interest on the money we have in savings lol. To be fair though ill probably pay the rest when the last dress comes in about feb hopefully.

My third BM dress is due this month, hopefully within the next week or two! I have my first fitting next Saturday would be perfect to see it on the same day.

Have you got a spreadsheet with everything on? It's the best thing I've done and makes everything 120% clearer.

So ive went through everything we have in the house and ordered and so far we have organised the following

Venue - White Chair covers and sashes, Master of ceremonies, Hire costs of the rooms, Menu cards, Place cards, Table plan in our chosen colours, Floral centrepiece for Top table and non floral for all other tables, cake stand and knife, DJ and honeymoon suite for night of wedding.

Food - 3 canapes on arrival per person - 4 course dinner (3 Choices each course except the intermediate) - 4 items for evening buffet

Drinks - Champagne for us straight after we sigh register - choice of 4 on arrival currently thinking Champagne, Beer, French Martini, Orange juice (Apple juice for kids) - champagne for toast (Assuming thats for speeches) and 1/2 bottle of wine with dinner.

Piper - Included in package to meet with him one month before to go through tunes etc.

Ordered my wedding dress - get remeasured 23.1 and it come in roughly 17.4
Tiara and Veil - Booked and paid in full - currently at home
Bridesmaid dress - Paid in full - Currently in my sisters FMILs home
Registrar booked - more than half paid
Cake - Booked deposit paid
Hair and make up - Booked paid deposit paid
Band - Booked and deposit paid
Coaches - Booked deposit paid
Flowers booked - deposit paid
Stationary - Stds sent - Invites, RSVP's and Guest information paid in full at our house
Photographer - FBILs dad doing it to be paid once we receive photos
Videographer - Booked deposit paid
Guest book and a keep sake book - paid in full currently in our house
MOTB and FOTB coasters for my parents to go with their gifts
Mens favours - Bought Whiskey miniatures currently at my friends house
Ladies favours- Personalised candles Paid in full - currently in our house

Kids activity boxes - Bubbles, Jigsaws, Activity book, pencils, toy car, pin ball game, lego mixels and for our ds and his best friend finger puppets.

Baskets for the toilets - so far ive got the baskets and for the mens ive only got mints. for the ladies i have deodorant, dry shampoo, safety pins and hand creme.

Got myself and my sister little travel bags not got anything to fill mine with yet other than an eyemask thats says future Mrs Lindsay. but for her ive got shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, eye mask that says bridesmaid, small brush Sister coaster Shower gel and body moisturiser

And I think thats everything we have organised/got so far.

Tartan we have ordered for the guys kilts they will be wearing it with Black socks, Black Brogues, Black Shirt and Black Argyll jacket and waistcoat and Sporran :)

DS' kilt is being made to match H2b's cost us significantly less then we were first told and he will be wearing everything else black too. he got so excited in the hire shop today.

Thank you its been a great day as OH doesn't really mind much about what we have but im glad hes picked a ring he likes and it was so easy.

I now have to decide what ring to get myself and its the choice of two with not much difference in price and very similar rings

only difference is that one has diamonds on one side the other on both sides.

I love the first one, it adds so much sparkle and just goes perfectly with your ER :) x

Reading all of this is scares me knowing how much more I still have to do. I feel organised and we have a lot booked but it's all the smaller stuff that needs doing.

Bargain for your OH's ring! My OH thought he wanted a titanium ring when looking at pictures online but when he actually came to tying them on he changed his mind and went for a white gold one - typical of him to want a more expensive one!! I do love the look of titanium ones though x

Ive decided on my wedding ring its going to be the first ring with the diamonds on both sides it is slightly dearer but with the discount for getting my ER in the same shop it comes in under budget.

My OH isnt fussed about rings but he liked that one and another one that was double the price but when he tried them both on he preferred the one he got and bargain too :)

Thanks April yeah I wanted the sorted before christmas but its done now thankfully and OH got what he wanted with them I prefer white shirts etc but he prefers the black so thats what we have went for.

Most of the Thank you gifts came yesterday, just waiting on MIl's mug which has been dispatched and I need to decide on what to get DS.

Compact mirrors are for me from H2b, My Mum and my sister who is my bridesmaid
Hipflasks are for my H2b from me, Bestman, Usher and my dad

Meant to say Im getting remeasured for my wedding dress tomorrow and going to go and have a look at some shoes while im in town

Thank you, I still can't believe it means if I get to my far sighted target of a size 14 my dress can be altered no problem,

Id love it but i think its a long way off i think realistically ill get to a 16 for the wedding but ill be happy with that and if i get to a 14 then thats a bonus :)

Your mums dress sounds lovely, my mum would be too paranoid to wear a long dress... no idea what she will end up wearing as she picks faults with everything.

Still waiting on MILs mug coming but Ive missed a delivery so hoping thats whats at the sorting office will collect that tomorrow.

We are giving the gift out the morning of the wedding with the exception of DS we will give him that at the time of the speeches as it will make him feel special as he is the only one getting a gift at that time.

All the kids activity boxes filled, all complete now cant think of anything else to put into them.
