ok her's my prob my yongest niece will be 1 when me and h2b marry and i'm trying to explain to my little sis that its not that i dont want her to be a flower girl like her eldest daughter she will still be dressed the same its just she will be to young to walk down the isle and my sis will have her hands full being bridesmaid and keeping her eldests going in the right direction

If she is only 1 there is a chance she won't be walking anyway so try and say she wouldn't be able to get down there without being carried which isn't going to look so good maybe?

i wouldn't want a one year old, she could be sleeping when the wedding is taken place, or screaming her head off.They are very unpredictable. The last thing you need is to make prolems for yourself, enough usually happen on the day that you dont plan for without going looking.
I would say that you will keep it in mind - incase she is an angle (never know how she will be ) but say that she will definately wear a flower girl dress, and be in the pictures - she just might not have a bigger part than that

I had my niece as my flowergirl when i married the ex and she was 11 months old.
Although walking at the time she didnt walk down the isle but i didnt expect her too lol I just wanted her to be part of my day being my only niece at the time!
As for pictures i had a few nice ones with my sister holding her but most all you could see were her feet as she crawled out of the shot lol

her sister will be 4 by then and her father is usher (i'm mad i know) i will have 4 children all under 5 my godson is page boy he's 4 months older than my eldest niece, my 2 niece's and my friends daughter who will be 2 by then

Well we have one 9 year old, a 7 year old, 5 year old, 4 year old, 4 year old, 4 year old, 3 year old, 2 year old, 18 month year old and 1 year old.

an idea i have seen with very young flowergirls/pageboys.... getting a little trike and decoratig it in wedding colours (not too OTT thou) and getting an older 1 pushing them down the aisle lol i have seen the little wagons too. x

I think she might be ok. As long as she is being helped to walk down but dont forget the dresses are rather big and she might find it hard too walk too

im having 2 19 month old flower girls and 1 18 month old page boy for my wedding, if there asleep when the ceremony starts then obviously they wont be walking down the aisle but im having them hold hands with the other young bridesmaids and page boys so they should hopefully be ok.
