The Waterton Park Hotel Wedding team were absolutely fantastic, our magical day ran so smoothly with amazing support throughout.
From helping with planning to coordinating on the day we were very well taken care of by the team, from being helped with vendors, to helping us on the weekend/day. The venue is even more beautiful in person and the friendly bubbly team added that extra factor! So pleased we found this gem for our day which was perfect.

Although we have not yet got married at our venue, they have been amazing so far. Answered all our questions and been really helpful and attentive when helping us plan our dream wedding.

From start to finish Pauline and Olivia have been at hand if I had any questions for my big day at Waterton Park, however small, nothing was an issue. They were there with me throughout the day and did a lovely handover for the person that will be looking after us for the wedding breakfast and then for the reception. The whole staff at Waterton were truly lovely and their customer service is 5 stars! The food was amazing and they made our day so magical. If I could do it all again, I would choose Waterton Park every time, not just for the venue but every employee that was on duty that day and helped in making our day that much more special.

Absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting to the big day everything was perfect! Pauline was great and made sure all the planning and build up was stress free as well as making the wedding day run smoothly. Food was amazing and all guests enjoyed it. We 100% recommend Waterton Park for a wedding, you would not be disappointed!

This venue is as it says in the title perfect. The backdrop of the lake and the position on the island with just a bridge for access is romantic. Set in a conservation area it is really picturesque.
The team can’t do enough for you and make it yours for the day, nothing is too much and they have the best service from the room keepers to the bar staff and the wedding team themselves. Amy is brilliant. The food is plentiful, attractive and flavourful and again the accommodate any needs.
Make this your venue, you won’t regret it!!

The staff at Waterton Park Hotel are amazing, I feel like I know them after meeting 2 times and speaking via email. So polite, friendly and can’t wait to get married.

We visited the Waterton wedding fair this year as we always loved the setting and was greeted by Pauline, as we wanted to get married quite soon Pauline was amazing and went through all the current packages and dates. We managed to get a Saturday which was 16 weeks away at the time and Pauline and the team were amazing at putting everything together for us in quite a short space of time. Nothing was too much to ask, Pauline and Olivia were always on hand and the staff when we visited were always welcoming and helped us with room reservations for family members. On the day, it was truly perfect. When we arrived from church, we were welcomed so warmly from everyone, Pauline even helped when I needed an urgent ladies visit before going to greet our guests. The day ran to perfection, the timings were amazing, guests spoke so highly of the organisation and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The food was delicious and guests still now are talking about the canapés, the entertainment we had booked were all warmly welcomed and looked after and it really was the best day ever. Thank you to everyone at Waterton, but special thanks to Pauline and also to Mark who was the manager in the evening and again made sure it all ran great. We really made the best decision having our wedding day at Waterton.
