Farthingloe Barn is a traditionally beautiful Kentish venue in a rural location that delivers your day, your way!!

I pride myself and my small business on being about you as a couple. It is your wedding and I want to provide you with the flexibility to deliver your day and create your memories how you would like to do that. I love to help but I am also very happy to stand back and let you be creative. Delivering a wedding is a challenge but with the right people and venue it is a fun and memorable one. I cant wait to meet you and show you what this unique location.

Steeped in history Farthingloe Barn has been beautifully restored and modernised and delivers well-appointed facilities including a fully licenced bar to toast any occasion as well as a fully carpeted level well-proportioned dance floor. The venue also and boasts a secluded rear garden area with space for a marquee, luxury toilet facilities, heating, Wi-Fi. Ample parking and disabled access are also catered for. This flexible space can comfortably seat up to 100 people, with tables and chairs. We can also offer recommendations for caterers, florists and other trusted suppliers to help you plan your perfect event. The grounds are both beautiful and secluded for endless photographic opportunities and space for family and friends to mingle. Set in 48 acres of private estate nestling between Dover & Folkestone.

A day we'll never forget....
We both had the most amazing time and we can’t thank Kirsty and the Farthingloe barn staff enough for how much they did for us on our special day. This included a whole ray of last minute amendments and generally suiting to our needs without question. The venue was stunning, well looked after and just a fabulous setting for a wedding reception. On behalf of Paul and Jemma, we thank you for a day we’ll never forget.

We had our wedding here on 16.09.23 and it’s the most beautiful venue I’ve had the pleasure of being in.

From start to finish, Kirsty and her team made everything so smooth and easy! Kirsty was there to answer questions from the minute you booked to the minute you walked down the aisle. She was fantastic.

The day before the ceremony we were able to go and set up the venue however we wanted, Kirsty and her team (Gabi & Jess) we’re making final preparations while we were there and we felt almost like a little family.

The day of the wedding, Kirsty could not have been more helpful. She held my dress so it didn’t get stuck on anything, took lots of photos for us and was silently in the background making sure everything went as smooth as possible.

I can’t thank Kirsty and the team at Farthingloe Barn enough for such an incredible day and I would highly highly recommend this venue to get married. Truly worth every penny.

Kirsty goes above and beyond to make the day special. From taking candid pictures to always being available to answer any questions and queries leading up to the day nothing is too much trouble.
Kirsty we cannot thank you and your team enough, the barn is absolutely stunning. Our day was everything I dreamed of with the barns gorgeous rustic setting. Thank you Kirsty!

here at farthingloe barn we have a dedicated team to delive your vision, we will never say no unless its to fire (being a old wooden barn). we pride ourself on delivering your day your way, the barn itself we keep as a blank canvas this gives you the ability to build up your wedding dependent on your budget. remember nothing s too big and nothing is too small!
