We will always be completely honest about things that we've seen guests rave about, and anything that we think you might want to avoid, with ideas, examples and suggestions at every stage.
Our food and ingredients are from the most wonderful local Yorkshire Dales suppliers and farms, all with an incredible passion for the food they produce.
