The Hilcroft Hotel has been welcoming happy couples and families celebrating all occasions for generations and we pride ourselves on a friendly and informal service.
At Hilcroft you will be the only wedding on the day so you can be assured of a dedicated service tailored to your individual requirements. We are centrally located in West Lothian, only 1 mile from M8 J4.
We have 32 comfortable bedrooms including excellent
family rooms and discounted rates for your guests.

Wedding Godmother!!!
The Hilcroft Hotel in Whitburn, West Lothian is the perfect location for any couple with a dream of bringing their vision of the perfect wedding to life. Andrea Gourlay - Events Manager, has now become our official Wedding Godmother, as we always know we can turn to her to ask her any burning questions we may have regarding any aspect of planning our special day. No request is too big or too small for Andrea or staff at The Hilcroft Hotel. We cannot believe how lucky we are to have found the best place to dance the night away, and we cannot recommend The Hilcroft Hotel in more words than this. Simply perfect. The Hilcroft will cater to any budget, be it small or lavish. Dream venue.

The Hilcroft Hotel is on our doorstep. I've attended functions, wedding & also been for dinner in their restaurant. The venue is absolutely beautiful & the staff are so helpful & always on hand to help with anything you need.

Fantastic venue and package
Our day was fantastic from start to finish.
Andrea went through what we wanted and delivered on the day. She kept in contact from us booking.
Scott was amazing, he ensured everything went right on the day. Nothing was too much bother for Scott. He’s a credit to the company.

Dear Happy Couples, I am the General Manager of The Hilcroft Hotel and have many years experience in weddings and events. We offer a dedicated and personal service to give our couples the day they dream of. Bespoke quotes are available based on your individual requirements.
