This magnificent former grade II listed Sugar House from the 1700s, is now home to Hotel Du Vin Bristol City Centre. Offering a sophisticated yet relaxed wedding venue focusing on great food and drink

Offering a sophisticated yet relaxed wedding venue focusing on great food and drink in the heart of one of the country’s most vibrant and exciting cities.

Located in the old quarter close to Bristol’s Registry Office, the hotel boasts exquisite private event spaces, gorgeous suites, a tranquil courtyard and a heavenly dining experience.

The Lombard is the largest of the rooms with capacity of 72 for a ceremony or wedding breakfast and 120 evening guests. It’s rustic vibe, with original window arches and beams add a touch of old style romance, whilst the outdoor terrace offers an intimate setting for a breath of fresh air.

The Christies Library & Janneau Bar can accommodate 44 seated guests for a ceremony or meal and 120 evening guests. This is a truly charismatic room, featuring exposed brickwork and a private bar that promises to keep your party going late into the night!

The sophisticated Le Pin room is inspired by the Austrian Art Nouveau artist Gustav Klimt with its beautifully adorned walls and can fit 40 for a wedding breakfast and 60 for an evening reception.

Finally Lanson, the most intimate room at Hotel Du Vin Bristol, can accommodate up to 12 people for a meal. The elegant room lends itself perfectly for small yet decadent celebrations.

Exclusive hire of the entire venue including 40 bedrooms, four private event spaces, bar, bistro, wine cellar and courtyard is also available.

Highly Recommend Hotel Du Vin!
We got married and had our wedding breakfast here, which makes me biased, but it's been an excellent experience throughout. Where to start. Ruby and the functions team made everything run smoothly so we could just relax (or try to!) and enjoy the day. All of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Food and canapés were delicious and got plenty of compliments. We filled the largest function room which meant the ceremony and meal felt more intimate than many, it felt like there were more laughs than alot of services! The bedrooms and suites were a real selling point when we chose to book here and staying on for another night was a great idea: lovely room to recover in and good location to wonder around Bristol from. The showers deserve a special mention. Good variety on the breakfast menu. In the run up we've been enjoying coming here from time to time, take a look at their themed nights. Thanks! Simon
