From your very first visit, our experienced and dedicated coordinator will always be on hand to assist you every step of the way, working alongside you helping plan a wonderful day for you and your guests.
We are a fully licensed venue and can hold up to 90 guests max. for a marriage ceremony. We can seat 90 max. guests for the Wedding meal in our Black Prince Suite and up to 70 max. in our Edwards Suite. Our Academy can hold up 250 guests across both suites for a remarkable evening reception.
The hotel is located in Bexley, just off the Black Prince Interchange from the A2, 5 minutes from Bexley train station, making us easily accessible for all your guests. We have plenty of accommodation for those travelling long distance who wish to join in with the celebrations and special accommodation rates are available for wedding parties.
Whether you are getting married externally or opt for a ceremony in the hotel* we will be ready to greet you, rolling out the red carpet for your walk down the aisle or welcoming you and your guests back at the hotel with a drinks reception commencing the celebrations.

The Duke Package - From £3499 - 50x day and 80x evening guests catered
The King Package - From £5999 - 50x day and 100x evening guests catered - This is our most popular all-inclusive package including venue styling too!
The Jester evening reception Package - From £2499 - 80x evening guests

All packages above can be booked whether the ceremony is held at the hotel or at an external location.
Registrar fees are not included in any prices/packages quoted by Holiday Inn . For ceremonies held at the hotel, your wedding coordinator will only be able to make the initial ceremony booking on your behalf. An additional ceremony fee applies and all legal details associated with the ceremony are then directly dealt with between yourselves and the Kent County Council under the London Borough of Bexley.
