The 1704 Photography

Shaun & Zoe have been amazing right from booking, yesterday we had our special day & honestly we could not have asked for it to go better in terms of capturing all the moments.

Both Shaun & Zoe were personal with all of our guests and had a laugh with us, we knew there would be a great atmosphere after our engagement shoot but they absolutely outdone any expectations we had, they were always somewhere… capturing all those moments you don’t think you want but actually those are the best to look back on.

They have been one of the best suppliers we have worked with & would recommend them to anyone.
They make you feel so comfortable & join in your day, we have a special memory from our guest book and photobooth pic of Shaun & Zoe, this experience we will never forget. We couldnt recommend The 1704 enough, in fact we have recommended them to all of our friends and family. Shaun and Zoe were so friendly, helpful and communicative in the run up to the wedding and were an absolute delight to work with. Shaun put us immediatley at ease when we first met him for our 'practice shoot' and was such a calming presence on the big day. All of our guests loved him! We've only seen our practice shoot pictures so far but we were so impressed with them! We're not the most photogenic but Shaun took the time to get to know us and captured us (and our dog) beautifully!

Me and my husband were married earlier this year and Shaun and Zoe have managed to capture our perfect day so brilliantly. You underestimate beforehand just how special it is to capture those moments to look back on, the pictures literally took us back to the moments and made us feel the same feelings all over again. We had met Shaun before at our pre wedding shoot, and this helped us relax in the thought that we were not only in good hands but that the quality of the photos would be brilliant.

Both Shaun and Zoe made us feel so at ease the whole day, and our guests too. We were both nervous about the thought of having to pose for pictures, but on the day it didn't feel at all posed, Shaun made it all feel so natural. And this really comes across in all of our photos.

My husband was nervous on the morning of our ceremony and Shaun went out of his way to make him feel calm, and actually into a space of excitement. We have a young daughter and Zoe asked her to help out and made her feel so involved, she was so happy about this and it helped to make sure that she felt like an important part of our day, and that it wasn't just for us but for her too.

It sounds strange to say this, but there are memories we never thought could be captured in a picture, not just the laughs (and some cries) but looks from one another, our guests too. On the day you of course can't take everything in, but the pictures have done that for us. We didn't have a huge ceremony, the guests there were those that are most special to us, those we wanted to be a part of it, and to be able to have those moments captured for life means so much to us both.

It goes without saying, the quality of the service before the wedding, on the day and afterwards was unbeatable and we couldn't recommend The 1704 more. If you are looking for a photographer and videographer for your wedding, I'd urge you to not hesitate to book. Our thanks will always be with Shaun and Zoe for making sure our memories of the day are captured forever.
