I think wedding photos should show the real you, capture emotion and show off your love. I keep your couple photoshoot light hearted and simple so it's as low-stress as can be. For the most part of the day, I keep out of the way and capture events as they unfold. For most bookings I work with a colleague too, trying hard never to miss a moment! We can cover bride and groom prep, grabbing those amazing moments that occur between close friends in the few nervous hours before 'I do!' I love capturing weddings; it’s my creative outlet, so I’m always looking for new photo ideas. I care very deeply that you have great photos, but also that your day runs smoothly - 10 years of experience brings answers and calm, and items you might not expect me to carry - hairpins, safety pins and scissors, and yes each has a story!

I recognise that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and I prepare very carefully for my part in that. I have backup equipment and backup copies of your photos, and with most bookings there are two of us, so we’ve got backup people, too.

Try not to worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera, we'll do portraits away from everyone and take a relaxing break from the day!
