My partner did a work event at the barn and immediately knew I would love it. We went to view it and I fell in love straight away. It was the only wedding venue we viewed and I knew it was perfect from the first look!!!

Had our wedding here in Feb 2020. Ellie, Kay, Claire and all of the staff could not do enough for us. They really made sure the day went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for anything more from them. Huge shout out to Ellie in particular who was INCREDIBLE. We had lots of guests travelling from outside Hertfordshire who (when seeing the address) made a few comments about how far it was. When they arrived everyone said, 'We can see why you picked this venue!' Everything was perfect. The changeover from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast was so smooth and wasn't noticeable. The views are beautiful and I can't wait to see the professional photos. Cannot recommend this venue enough!!! The catering options were amazing - I recommend the BBQ sharing platters! I recommend visiting an open day if you are considering this venue. This was how we first saw the venue and were very impressed with how welcome the staff made us feel. There isn't a corporate feel to the place which we found at other venues. The glamping options also impressed us as did the bridal suite. If I could score higher than 5 stars, I would

As soon as I walked into this beautiful venue and explored the stunning gardens, I knew it was the right place for our wedding. It really offers everything all in one location. Ellie was wonderful throughout the planning of the wedding and was always available to answer any questions and offer advice. A huge thank you to all the staff at the Barn for making our wedding so memorable for us and our guests!

Dream Wedding!
We had our wedding at Alswick Barn on 30th March and our day was everything we imagined and more. The team are absolutely incredible, so attentive, professional and friendly. Everything ran like clockwork and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well the day was run. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day... we just want to do it all over again! A massive thank you to Ellie and the rest of the team at Alswick for the best day of our lives!!

The Barn at Alswick is such a special place The venue was great for us as it’s not only gorgeously renovated but also disabled friendly. Ellie was great when we were planning our wedding, always replying to emails quickly and helping our ideas come to life. Ellie, Kay, Claire and the team were superb on the day, so calm and reassuring, we knew we were in safe hands! We loved staying in the glamping pods too - so comfy and the honeymoon suite is stunning So many of our guests said how much they loved the venue and the chilled day. We can’t thank everyone at The Barn enough, we had the most special day! X
